Beautiful property but not clean
Pros:

The location and the property it’s self were very cool

Cons:

The bed sheets were dirty and you can tell they hadn’t been changed before we arrived

Hi, I’m extremely disappointed with the condition of the hotel room. There were cockroaches and insects in the room, the bedsheets appeared unclean, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. It was a horrible experience and made the stay very uncomfortable. I expected a clean and safe room, especially after paying for the booking. Please address this issue seriously and advise what can be done regarding compensation or refund.

Economical and central location with friendly staff and good food in the restaurant.
Pros:

Friendly staff , clean room good location good restaurant

Cons:

Estaba todo bastante sucio (las sábanas, las toallas,..) la ducha no estaba nada limpia y tenía algunos gusanos .

Loved the service, the food, the helpfulness of staff, the pool, the bed was extremely comfortable and clean.

Nice stay
Pros:

The room was very clean, AC worked perfectly, staff were very friendly and helpfull. Swimming pool was the best on our stay

Cons:

Beds made noise always when we moved and mattress was very uncomfortable. Food from the restaurant is less than average compair with other restaurants in Ubud.

Lovely quiet pension, excellent location
Pros:

A lovely room with a large balcony overlooking the rice field. The pool was excellent and food was great. Having a fridge and kettle in the room was good. The staff were very helpful and tried to resolve any issues straight away. The short cut over the river to town was good.

Cons:

The doors and windows didnt close fully and there was no mosquito net over the bed. The bathroom door wouldn't close or open without force and the bathroom door handle looked like it would fall off at any time.

Top Spot to Stay.
Pros:

That good we book another 3 nights. 😉 staff are very helpful.

Cons:

I feel like as long as it is maintained I would definitely come back again to visit. it is so close to everything in Ubud really cant go wrong.

It the water pressure in the shower could be a little more powerful that would be the only thing to improve. I am being very picky and had to really think about it.(the place is great)

Incredible
Pros:

The location is incredible and my room as a social gorgeous. Each day it was cleaned and reset so well and the staff were so so friendly with all of my needs. The free breakfast and restaurant was such a beautiful bonus and the gardens are absolutely gorgeous.

Cons:

Occasionally my water pressure was low but that didn’t bother me
