I still think the location is the best.
Pros:

The location is great for those who prefer walking. The hotel is by the road side and surrounded by shops, restaurants, convenient stores and spas. All the tourist attractions of Ubud ( like the markets, palace, museums, and even the monkey forest are within 1.5 km from the hotel. For those who like jogging and walking, the main trails of Ubud ( Campuhan, Sweet Orange, Subak Juwuk Manis and Kajeng rice fields and Sari Organic Trails ) are all less than 1.5 km from Nick's Pension.

Cons:

For the price I paid I cannot complain at all.

Pros:

Прекрасный персонал, удобное расположение в центре Убуд. Бассейн, который практически всегда был без посетителей.) Завтраки во время Великого Поста для веганов. Всё супер.

Cons:

Рядом периодически работали строители но это не омрачило проживание.

Gute Lage aber Renovierung nötig
Pros:

Die Lage, mitten in Ubud und zudem mit 2 Ausgängen ist sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Die Zimmer benötigen dringende Renovierung.
Wir waren schon öfter hier und mussten jedesmal die vollgeschwitzten Kissen bemängeln.
Das Frühstück ist bescheiden.

Fantastic stay in Ubud
Pros:

Loved the location. The room was wonderful. Bed was comfy, view from the room amazing. A restaurant on site was convenient. Pool was great.

Cons:

The pool was a bit of a walk from the room but that is not enough to stop us staying again

Pros:

The location is perfect. The rooms are typically indonesian style, and I love it.All the staff, exceptionallly, Gita, the receptionist, is so helpful and friendly.
