Pros:

Le central location.

Cons:

It’s a shame because the entrance looks nice and the location is truly excellent, making it very convenient for getting around.
It’s fine for one night at most if you’re just passing through, but if you plan to stay longer, I definitely recommend choosing somewhere else, which we didn’t since (unfortunately) we had already booked three nights.
The bed is very spacious, but the rooms are freezing cold and there’s no way to heat them: we had to ask for an extra blanket because of how cold it was (which was provided without any issue).
The staff is kind and helpful.
All in all, they would just need to improve a few (many) things and it could be okay.
The smell of mold in the rooms becomes unbearable after a while and should definitely be one of the first issues to address for a clear improvement in the stay.

Excelente ubicación .

Cons:

El baño de la habitación muy pequeño y no tiene nada que separe la regadera con el sanitario, todo se salpica el agua. Esa parte muy incómodo .. También hace falta colgadores para ropa y un tocador ..

Le personnel était très sympathique et à l'écoute.
Le lit était confortable et il y avait la télévision.

Cons:

Par contre, ma chambre était froide et humide avec une odeur d'humidité du coup, j'ai attrapé froid... Malgré les deux couettes....

Staff was kind. Shower was alright.

Cons:

Noisy, dark and stuffy as there are no windows. Sheets felt dirty and the bed was in fact not a bed but two smaller beds and a backboard that was not even connected to anything. No soap or shampoo provided. Ah, and no wi-fi to speak of. Nothing. Certainly not a hotel, let Alone a three-star one.
