Extremamente estressante
Pros:

Gostei muito dos colaboradores da cozinha, principalmente o responsável do turno noturno, pois ele foi espetacular, ligou a sauna e foi super gentil, pena que não me recordo o nome.

Péssima experiencia no check in, estava atrasada para meu compromisso, cheguei já a noite, e o recepcionista homem do check in, por volta de 19:30, foi super grosso, me colocou em um quarto no segundo andar que o ar não funcionava, pedi então troca para andar mais alto e funcionante, ele disse que não tinha, foi extremamente grosseiro, então eu disse que não ficaria e ele então voltou atrás e disse que tinha outro quarto no quinto andar. Extremamente desnecessária a situação, falou mentiras, que outra família que nem tinha chegado já estava no andar mais alto, mentiroso e péssimo atendimento. Só com ameaça de desistir da estadia ele resolveu. Péssima conduta, pena que não lembro o nome dele, mas pela data e horário do check in é possível saber quem é. Lembrando que o outro rapaz, alto, que me levou ao quarto é extremamente gentil e reprovou a conduta do recepcionista. O quarto também pelo preço alto de diária não corresponde. Box do banheiro com lodo e sujeira.

Gostamoa imenso do atendimento no café da manhã. Em especial a Beatriz e o Marçal, sempre muito atenciosos.

Um ponto negativo foi quando chegamos no hotel e nos foi dito que havia somente disponibilidade de um tipo de quarto, em razão da alta turística. Entretanto, informamos na recepção que esta não era a informação constante no Booking, onde haviam varios quartos, inclusive de categorias/preços diferentes. Embora estivessemos ali mesmo na recepção do hotel, optamos por realizar a reserva online. Ficou uma situação um pouco constragedora para o funcionário que nos atendeu, pois ele foi apanhado na mentira.
Enfim, isso ficou muito desagradável, pois percebemos que faltou a verdade para com o cliente. Penso que isso ficou feio para o hotel. Acredito que depois desta situação vexatória, alguns funcionário terão um pouco mais de cuidado de tentar forçar a escolha do cliente para os quartos com valores ainda mais elevados. De resto, foi tudo muito bom.
