Complete Failure
Cons:

Refused refund on accidental double booking, brought about by failed webpage payment processing. The room that I did book, the AC was not operational. They refused to refund either booking. Incredibly rude. Booking.com itself has refused to offer any assistance.

Refused to refund an accidental double booking. Air conditioner was old and barely function, eventually failing. JMM refused to forgive the accidental booking due to webpage loading errors and also refused to refund the room with broken AC.

Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, direkt beim Robinson Manila

Cons:

Die Möbel und vor allem die Küche ist heruntergekommen und alt.
Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Für über 50€ die Nacht war es eine richtige Absteige. Im gleichen Gebäude gibt es für weniger Geld die Regency Suites welche viel besser sind.

Our room was located next to a garbage disposal.
Most of the time, the door was locked making the trash filed up by the door. We could not eat it smelled awful from our room. We could not sleep because of the constant loud sound coming from the metal teash bin. I will never ever stay in this place no more. It’s worst than hell. I would like to fet a refund my whole vacation was ruined. Every night and day could not fet a good rest. Please take my name out of your list!

Really bad and terrifying. I checked out less than an hour after checking in.
Pros:

Nothing. The hotel is filthy, dumpy and the neighborhood is a slum.

Cons:

Remove the listing at Booking.com as the place is a disgrace.
