Pésimo, no vuelvo nunca
Cons:

El hotel ofrece servicio de parking en la página de Booking, pero en realidad NO tiene parking en sus instalaciones. sino a 2 calles de allí. La recepción olía a salchipapas, y la recepcionista mal educada y grosera. Al llamar al ascensor para subir a la habitación, bajaba un empleado con el tacho de la basura, por el mismo ascensor! Habitación de aspecto sucio y mal cuidada, no ofrecía botellas de agua y, al pedirla, la recepcionista nos dio una botella pequeña de agua "gratis" y por la segunda pretendió cobrarnos. La habitación tampoco tenía control remoto para el TV. Pedimos anulación de la reserva pero la recepcionista se negó, así que nos fuimos de allí a buscar otro hotel, habiendo pagado por éste y sin utilizar sus "servicios" Pensábamos que habíamos conseguido una ganga en un 4 estrellas (así lo anuncian en Booking), pero al final resultó ser el auténtico Hotel-"Lucho"

Excelente ubicación, no se puede ir en vehículo propio por que no hay facilidades, el hotel tiene instalaciones antiguas

La ubicación es excelente, casi en el centro histórico. Se puede salir a caminar alrededor.

Cons:

No tiene parqueo, el que tienen disponible estaba a 3 cuadras y se debe pagar de acuerdo a las reglas del parqueo. El trato de la recepción no era el mejor, la encargada no tenia la amabilidad ni el servicio al cliente.
