Pros:

The location is very convenient for food, shopping and transportation.
The hotel staffs, front desk very polite, friendly and helpful… housekeeping did a good job for cleaning.
I certainly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Perfect location for Ikebukuro, central but out of the main area. Very walkable and well placed for walking in several directions. Yamanote line was easily accessible. Lots of dining options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 7-11 underneath was very convenient for grabbing a snack when leaving or returning!

Fantastic service by every single staff member at the hotel. Close and convenient to main train station. Rooms are on the smaller size especially if travelling with a larger family. There is only one laundry room and you might need to wait to get access to it. Lots of dining options around the hotel premises.

We really liked the proximity of the hotel to the transportation. We easily explored tokyo for a few days. The staff was very helpfull and bilingual.

However, we found a cockroach in the hotel and there was mold in the washroom.
