Internet did not work on 49th floor. Couldn't get grab inside hotel. Didn't get breakfast I requested
Nice staff
I stayed at this hotel for 10 days. I had a slight issue with the payment, but the staff handled it well, which was great. The restaurant served delicious arroz (rice) caldo . The cleaning staff did a great job cleaning the room, and I appreciate that. I also asked for water several times a day, and they were very accommodating. However, the problem is that I heard a loud metallic noise every day, either from the stairs next to the elevator or inside the elevator itself. I'm very worried about this, as I'm on the 49th floor, so it was very loud. When I asked the staff what the cause was, they didn't seem to know, and the engineer said there was no problem, but I heard a metallic noise coming from the elevator area two or three times a day. It was very unpleasant.
The access to the shopping center is very good. The staff are also very helpful. However, some of the security guards were acting very unfairly. Other people were allowed through without a card, but when it was my turn, I was told sarcastically that I couldn't enter without a white card.

The room had locked connecting door to the next room, so we could hear our neighbours and their TV. So depending on the neighbours it could be noisy.

Too many power interruptions forcing myself to used the emergency exit in order to buy some food due to unavailability of the elevator. Imagine from 34th floor going down to the ground floor a very bad experienced at all...
