Not what I was expecting other hotels in Norway are better.

The room was cold, and there was a knocking noise coming from the toilet area. No instructions for heating controls.

Frokosten var bra. Middagen var helt grei. Bartenderene var ikke bra. Det var arragement i salene og de brukte hotellbaren. Helt grusomme lange køer og sur betjening.

Rommet var skittent når vi kom og det lå igjen undertøy i skapet fra tidligere besøk. Det var flekker i vasken og på toalettet.

Har overnattet på hotellet for 4-5 år siden. Bedre opplevelse da.

skittent på dusj vegg/shampoo rester. Hår i sengen.
1 juledag frokost stengte 9.30. Synes det er dårlig på en helligdag selv om det var en ukedag. Folk kom 0925 og gardinen til buffé ble lukket på slaget 9.30.
