Taximist Hotel

Good service, good breakfast, clean rooms although relatively small but comfy. Additionally, the hotel location is close to Taksim Meidan but in a calmer neighborhood so less noise.

Everything was perfect: the welcome, the staff, the kindness, the price, the amenities, the cleanliness, the quiet, the breakfast, the reception, and the proximity to all transportation. In the heart of Beyoglu, just steps from Taxim Square, which is also worth a visit at night. Highly recommend!

The staff were very welcoming, although the place is in very low shape. Not clean and bed & pillow not comfortable at all.
We have bought some medicines that were kept in our room in a bag, on the night stand, with the receipt inside, and while we were unpacking, we noticed that 3 packs of them are missing.
We haven't checked the medicines before leaving since we trusted the room service, I guess we were completely wrong.
We do not recommend this Hotel, although they are welcoming , try and keep all your stuff in your bags and well locked .
Unless you do not mind a dirty room and an uncomfortable bed and pillow, this hotel is not for you .

Estuvimos sólo una noche. Está a 2 minutos andando de la plaza Taksim. Es muy facil ds ubicar y las instalaciones impecables . Tb lo fue el concerge de la tarde/ mañana que nos atendió

Close to taksim very helping staff .

I had the worst travel experience with this hotel, so I had to end my 7-night trip after only two nights. When I arrive at a hotel, the first thing I do is check the mattresses to make sure they are clean and free of bed bugs. I did the same with this hotel and the mattress was completely dirty and the traces of bedbugs were obvious. On the other hand, it was very hot in the room and the old air conditioning didn't work well. When I called the hotel manager, he rudely told me that the mattress was a bit dirty and that was all you were looking for excuses. I left the hotel immediately. Unfortunately, the money I paid for 7 nights was not returned despite a phone bill of about 100 euros because of my calls to booking.com and the hotel treated me unprofessionally and rudely. Finally, after two days, I cancelled my whole trip out of frustration.

I arrived at the hotel after midnight and the room was ready. Unfortunately, the room was located in a busy loud area towards the street where I could hear a loud disco. In the morning, I asked to change the room and the room was upgraded for free to a suite on the top floor. The top floor room was large and quiet. Bed was comfortable, large bathroom was clean with enough toileteries. The floor was a bit old and not in a great condition but no problem with slippers. The staff was kind and helpful. The air condition was working well and the safe was present. The only disadvantege was very poor breakfast. Only two kinds of cheese, no ham or pancakes. But overall, it was a good value for a 3* hotel.

I am really enjoy to stay in Taximist hotel.that is what you payed for. Staff is amazing, friendly. Breakfast is basic but is okay. Facilities is need to update.

It is a good and convenient hotel for short stay in taksim.

To start with, the staff and their support were excellent. However, things start falling apart when it comes to the maintenance and the overall cleanliness of the property. Breakfast is provided, but it's in the basement in a very small room and is congested. If not for the staff, I feel I wouldn't have given it 4 stars at all!
