Very nice suites with great views
Pros:

The suite was in great condition and was well furnished. Especially the kitchenette and living room were well stocked.

Cons:

The check out time was not provided when checking in and was earlier than typical. I only found out when I went to the front desk to register and only after I specifically asked for the time. It was 10am which is earlier than the usual 11am time.

Restful and soothing stay. Nice to have kitchen & refrigerator.

Nestled in the pines. Clean & roomy. Nice fireplace tho we did not use it.

Hit and Run and the Ghosting Adventures with Rose
Pros:

Beautiful little TIMESHARE tucked in the bottom of Kingsbury Grade coming into Stateline. Quirky layout and let’s make everyone scared of bears with all the warnings. Parking is tight to say the least and Rose at the Front Desk is great at Ghosting a Situation.

Cons:

Someone, (Red Small SUV with California Plates - Handicapped - Philadelphia Eagles Fan) hit my truck while it was parked in the parking lot. Gave all information to Rose, who she said she created an incident report, which I didn’t sign, and she would follow up, which she never did.

Nice place but Over the top control freaks run the place

Loved the suite layout. Kitchen. Very cozy overall

Cons:

Signs posted literally everywhere about ‘take the party around the corner. Quiet times listed. Strictly enforced’. On Saturday they provide breakfast but you cannot dispense coffee with a sign posted. A line of people to have the attendant do it for you. Receptionist must unlock the jacuzzi room door. And you’re required to shower. Came out to our truck with a tow warning because we didn’t park perfectly between the lines in the cramped parking lot. You’re prohibited from backing in. Etc!!! .

Dont ever stay here!!
Pros:

After reserving months in advance and explaining I would be in town early, I tried checking in and did some pre-checking in at 930 am!!! Event I was there for started at 5pm, I never received any call or text like the lady at the desk promised so at 430 I called and room still wasn't ready!!!! I was not very happy at all and just told them forget it and canceled!! I can not believe this place did this to me!! So no I was not happy one bit with this place. Didn't quite ruin my trip but they did nothing to help it either. The lack of communication is what really got to me!! I will never, ever even consider staying at this place!!

Cons:

The whole thing could have been better!!! Would love a refund but of course that probably won't ever happen!
