Clean and Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Clean hotel that was fairly new with free breakfast. The room was spacious with a kitchen and area for computer work with a couch. This hotel is convenient for those visiting Washington State University.

Do Better Marriott. Downhill fast.
Pros:

So disappointed and I’ve stayed here many times. Filthy van pickup from the airport with a driver visibly sick. Front desk was unengaged and borderline rude. Room was dirty! Floors were gross especially the bathroom with hair all over. The shower had pink mold and the shower walls were dirty. The stove top was not cleaned. Not to mention just general maintenance items like vacuum the hall way and clean by the door. Even at checkout the receptionist was more engaged joking and talking with other staff. Barely said a word to me. No thank you. No how was your stay. This property has decreased greatly in its service and cleanliness over the past 4 years. Big money for barely 3 star accommodations.

Came for a weekend staycation and have had the pleasure of meeting the most wonderful staff of people

I absolutely love coming to this hotel for a little vacation away from home. Arianna has been the absolute most friendly face I love seeing when I walk in to check in. She is so polite, always engaging in conversations as well as greets you with a big smile everytime you enter the building. Christina, the GM has also been more than accommodating when it comes to meeting us with our needs during our stay. She is the best at answering any and all concerns or questions that may arise during our visit. She as well is always greeting you with the most gracious attitude and friendly smile everytime you enter the building. Both the girls make it a very inviting place to come and enjoy a getaway when needed. I highly 10/10 recommend staying in this hotel for all your travel needs if in the pullman area and hopefully you will get greeted with the two beautiful ladies I've had the pleasure of communicating with during my stays here. Rooms are very very clean and the beds are so comfortable you don't want to leave your room!!! I will be staying here anytime I visit the pullman area for a weekend adventure

Makes travel nicer than most places.
Pros:

Rooms are great. Very nice layout. Good kitchen space, great seperate work area if having to conduct some business. Badroom and pathroom clean and spacious.

Cons:

Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi. Breakfast was ok not great. They could do better in that area compared to other hotels

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Room layout is very nice for relaxing as well as doing business related work with large counterspace for laptop and laying down documents. Very few places have room for both. kitchens are large compared to most hotels.

Cons:

Breakfast was just OK. Nothing special.

Excellent facility with amenities of a 5 star hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The hotel is close to my kids residence and activities in Pullman. They pay great attention to detail and are our new favorite say over in Pullman. There is good sound proofing and all the amenities of a nice apartment.

Cons:

The upgrades needed in room 325 include a clicker for the TV that responds more effectively (we did not report this), better traction material on the shower floor, a more powerful shower head, a sliding shower door to trap in heat.

Very pleasant, would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Very nice modern building and room. A quiet, safe location .

Cons:

Hallways needed vacuumed. The crib we requested ahead of time took 45 minutes and two more requests to arrive.

Love this place!
Pros:

I love this place! I have stayed here several times and the rooms are always spacious and clean. The breakfast is amazing with so many food combinations to choose from. To top it off, the gym and pool are more equipped than you will find at other hotels. Like I said, I love this place!

Amazing location, walk to WSU
Pros:

The staff was amazing. Our room was great for our family of 5. The views are beautiful with the rolling hills in the distance and you can't beat how walkable it is to WSU. I would highly recommend.

Great Pet friendly place
Pros:

We were going to arrive late (around midnight), so I called to let them know. They checked me in early, and when we arrived, the room lights were on, and the room temperature was set, so the room was comfortable. They had a doggy bag for my dog that contained a toy and treats. (I'm not sure if that was just because of the holiday.)
Our room was a one-bedroom suite at the front of the hotel. The room was nice and quiet, clean, and cozy. the indoor swimming pool and hot tub were perfect, clean, and heated.

The breakfast was very nice, they had everything from scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, fresh fruit, cereal, and waffles. Something for everyone. The staff was very friendly even met the manager, Christina. She is awesome, she was friendly and joked around with us. We'll be back again for sure!
