Great place to stay in Pullman
Pros:

I really like the hotel’s location, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well‑equipped. Everything felt convenient and easy, making it an overall great place to stay.

It was decent.

I am really impressed, and will book again as long as it is not a football or basketball (any sport) weekend.
Pros:

There were many guests and I only heard them in the hallways when I was near the kitchen!

Cozy!
Pros:

We recently stayed at the Residence Inn Marriott in Pullman and really enjoyed our time there. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel and our room were clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. The bed was cozy, and having a kitchenette in the room was such a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly and professional.
Pros:

Front desk person was super helpful and checked me right in. Room was comfortable and clean. I loved my stay besides the teams that were there. I felt bad for this person that just cleaned the elevator and some kids went and messed it up right after. I asked one of them to stop wiping their hands all over it and he laughed and walked away. I feel that all of the staff jas a huge amount of patience and grace for the chaos they were dealing with.

Dirty. Not a great experience.
Pros:

Long line and wait to check in, even though it was after 7 pm. App for check in and digital key wasn’t working for me or the other 10 people in line. Room is dirty. Short, black, curly hairs on toilet seat and floors. Whisker shavings on sink. Mirror spotted up. Floors dirty. Even sheets have spill on them. Even the hallways and elevator are dirty. There is an additional $12 per night parking fee. This isn’t supposed to be a cheap hotel but it feels like Motel 6.
