We couldn't have been happier....
Pros:

Our room was spacious, very well equipped, and ideally located. The staff was very helpful with information and suggestions. I would love to stay there on future visits!

Camera molto confortevole anche se il secondo letto non era stato preparato e il materasso era scomodo. I cuscini dovrebbero essere piu soffici.

Value for money at Downtown
Pros:

The location is fantastic and you can walk around in downtown. The rooms are large with well equipped kitchen. They serve a functional breakfast and the room is not too crowded at anytime. The staff is friendly. They do not provide water in the room but I got smsll bottles at the reception which you can refill at the gym. Now, the two shortcomings - there was no moisturiser in the bathroom and I had go down to request at reception as no one picks up the phone. There was no tea in the room and when I went down I was asked to buy at the libby restaurant!

Great family fun in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles.
Pros:

What a great hotel! My family attended a show nearby at the Peacock theater and I must say, this property was very accommodating. From our check-in with Hailey, valet requests with Maria to our complimentary breakfast before departing, they really took amazing care of us. We will definitely be back.

The room were very clean and it was overall good stay
Pros:

Breakfast is good and it was available on time and loaded even before empty and lot of people that week, but they still maintained it really well they cleaned the table immediately to make room for people.
