Pros:

Staff went above and beyond. Across from Crypto Arena, where I came for a concert. Beds were comfortable. I liked how you needed your room key to access the elevator; it made me feel safe.

Cons:

Parking was expensive, although it seemed standard for hotel parking in that area.

Voiturier obligatoire, très cher - compter 80$ par jour pour garer votre voiture.

Quartier infrequentable passé 22h - ne comptez pas sortir à pied la nuit !

Unhappy & uncomfortable with my one week stay
Pros:

Room per se is great, food is ok, nice water pressure, room is clean. Beddings is fresh

Cons:

Lots of mosquitoes especially the first room where i was assigned at. Bedside outlet in the first room didn’t have power. While the beside lamp in the 2nd room isn’t working. The big guy at the lobby isn’t helpful to hand me a help with my luggages even if he sees me struggling to put them in the huge cart. There’s hidden resort charge, though it was refunded back when i complained as i didn’t use it

Nice place but the advertised price will grow dramatically due to garbage fees and taxes.
Pros:

The check in and room were really easy and nice. The breakfast was certainly acceptable and the check out was easy and fast.

Cons:

The number of garbage charges associated with this stay was overwhelming. $82 to park is crazy. Our booking rate of $349 became $536 and all we bought was 2 bottles of water. The $17.50 to spend at the bar was impossible to use since our movie let out at 10 and it was already closed.

It’s was good but I had to make a lot of call to bank, booking.com and reception to make the payment issue go away
Pros:

Location was good and accessible to tourist spots

Cons:

Facilities like room service as you have to call and take everything yourself. Also the guy at check in took the security deposit and told me they will deduct it from that but next day they charged on online and after 2 days they charged me again and it took me 11 days to get that money back.

Be wary of additional fees
Pros:

Comfortable hotel, nice pool, good location downtown.

Cons:

The additional fees which are added to the booking were not adequately explained. This is an issue which also affected other guests. Communication prior to stay needs to be improved.
