Personnel très gentil et pragmatique...n hésitez pas à préférer les appartements tel le n 1 avec vue directe et le plus proche de la plage, plutôt que les petites chambres de backpackers..j ai payé 20e de plus en changeant et c était beaucoup plus spacieux..à 15mn du Hole of the wall avec ses superbes paysages

The time cleaners came and they only came once

Everything. The unit is not rustic, it's just old and of a very very poor standard for a First Group Resort. Lights were not working, the microwave caught on fire and the place just doesn't have a nice feeling. I would never stay there again and rather drive in for the day or stay in Coffee Bay and go and see the Hole in the Wall.
It’s a stone throw away from the beach.
Everything, beds are not comfortable, linen not clean they are dusty. No towels provided, shower curtain very dirty the whole floor gets wet when you are showering.

What a disgusting place in terms of cleanliness.
We came in late I had left a note around cleanliness when booking we arrived in a filthy place with spider webs, ant sand and dust. We left with allergy reactions that lasted us a week to settle.
Very pathetic that first group ignore the cleanliness reports cause we asked around and NO ONE was satisfied with the cleanliness and apparently they don’t care to improve
The bedding used is pathetically poor condition- has dirt marks from years ago .
Bedding has mold stains - it’s just dirty and no normal person would use that for paid guests or let alone even an orphanage would reject that bedding as a donation- that’s how terrible it is
We had to get there with our kids tired as hell after the drive and first clean the rooms, sweeping floors at 8pm before we slept and the amount of dirt and dust that was collected from that was droid that the rooms had not been cleaned in ages. Amongs the dirt we swept out from under our beds we found tampon plastics, ear buds, alcohol bottle tops (from under the couches)
Each corner had spider webs and its catch - which proves that the spider me had been there for a while.
In all I really thing it’s highly disheartening , disgusting and disappointing and disrespectful that you expect guests to sleep in such conditions . First group needs to take these reviews seriously
