Great staff and room dampened by noisy neighbours and thin walls
Pros:

The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, also gave late night food recommendations. The rooms are a good size and seem very modern with comfortable beds and it’s right in downtown so a good location. The gym looks out onto the river so is super cool to workout in.

Cons:

The walls to the rooms are thin, and unfortunately the people next to me were partygoers who played loud music and kept shouting and I had to ask them to be quiet. There were also some stains on the wallpaper. The vent in the bathroom seems connected to to the rooms next door so you can hear conversations from the next room. Pets are allowed but this meant a dog in the floor were barking. Some things can’t be helped by the hotel themselves like loud guests etc but it didn’t help the overall stay

Front desk is the best!
Pros:

We've stayed at this property a few times and it's always clean and the front desk is always helpful and friendly. This last visit we arrived after a rough flight and checked in with Carl at the front desk. He was friendly and went above and beyond. He actually turned my whole day around. We were there for a week and Carl & the other front desk associates were so wonderful! While we were there we enjoyed hanging by the pool in the evenings for sunset. The bar was great. We loved the free popcorn and played some pool. The location is great and lots to do within walking distance. We will absolutely be back.

Pros:

Location, cleanliness, staff or exceptional.

Cons:

The price was exorbitant but an important concert was in town so the rates were clearly increased but by a very large percentage it seems. I paid $2,000 for three nights. I've never done that before

Worst experience ever at this location. My husband and I have been titanium members since 2024 and we have never had any issues prior to this stay. We were placed in a room with no working AC. We called the front desk, were brought a fan, and were told to go back tomorrow morning for a room switch. We did just that and were rudely told by some lady at the front there were no available rooms for the night. After my husband asked if there was anything she could do, she said that she would award my husband 10,000 points and allow for late checkout for the inconvenience. It was literally impossible to be in the room with it being so hot, so we went back around 7pm when someone else was working and they gave us a new room. The new rooms AC did not work. Literally ridiculous. My husband had to go back to the old room to take the fan. The worst part - when we checked out the next employee at the front told us that we weren’t awarded points or late checkout. Absolutely ridiculous. Won’t be staying at this location anymore. Very disappointed with the staff.

Great value for your money with this minimalist place.
Pros:

This hotel was a fun hotel to stay in. The location was great. The rooms were minimal but clean and quiet. They had free breakfast that I did not partake in so I cant really tell you anything other than they had it. The service was good. And the valet guys knew how to maneuver all the vehicles with the small space they have to work with. Oh and let’s not forget the nightlife with the pool table and the pool!

Not worth the price or hassle
Pros:

Can’t believe I paid that much for a room smaller than my bathroom at home…literally! Front desk staff were clueless - asked about an info or visitor center and I got the “ I dunno”. Yet there was a visitor not more than 2 blocks away. Wanted to buy a beer from the concessions and was told they can’t sell it as long as the bar is open…WTH?! All I’m saying folks is find a better place to stay. This millennial place is not worth it one bit.

Fantastic experience!
Pros:

Aloft was amazing! From the moment Mia from valet welcomed us, we knew it was going to be a wonderful weekend. The hotel is extremely clean and has such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a fantastic experience! 😊
