Comfortable Stay, but Several Operational Improvements Needed
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great.

Cons:

While the stay overall was comfortable, there are a few areas where the hotel could significantly improve the guest experience:
Internal transport within the property:

The property is fairly spread out, and a buggy service within the compound (similar to what Holiday Inn offers) would make it much easier for guests to move around comfortably.
Limited bar facilities:

Currently there is only one bar in the hotel, and it is quite small. During peak hours it becomes crowded, so expanding the space or adding another bar/lounge option would improve the experience.

Room essentials and housekeeping:
Many basic room essentials are not stocked proactively. Guests need to call housekeeping repeatedly for simple items that ideally should already be available in the room.

Breakfast variety and replenishment:
The breakfast spread needs more variety. Even basic items such as nuts for cereal were missing, and some dishes that ran out were not replenished in a timely manner, which affected the overall breakfast experience.

Lobby welcome drink hygiene:
The water jar used for the welcome drink in the lobby appeared quite dirty and overdue for cleaning. This gives a poor first impression and should be addressed immediately.

Helt ok, til en grei pris. Sentral beliggenhet.
Pros:

Ungene likte godt badeanlegget, men det ligger stort sett i skyggen bak hotellet.

Cons:

Små rom, lite sjøutsikt. Ligger flere bygninger foran som tar det meste av utsikten.

La serveuse au bar pour le Happy hour est très gentille, accueillante et a l’écoute.
Le personnel au restaurant du petit déjeuné très professionnel.
Le bagagiste à l’entrée est très professionnel et nous a bien aidé pour faire rentrer nos bagages dans la voiture

Cons:

La chambre n’est refait que dans l’après midi.

Pros:

The pool was great for kids, the breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices. Extra points for the fresh European style loaves. The staff were very helpful, and went out of their way at breakfast time to bring coffee to my table. The rooms were also nice, but had a little wear and tear in places.

Cons:

The cost of drinks by the pool was too high. I don't mind paying more for poolside drinks but the price of a beer was 4 times more than what you would pay in the 7/11 across the road.
