Wonderful short break.
Pros:

This is a great hotel to stay in. It is bright, spacious, is in a great location just a few minutes' walk from the seafront and is exceptionally clean. The real strength of the hotel however is the staff. All of them are friendly, cheerful, and very helpful and professional. I would like to extend my thanks to Meena and Tong in the bar area who provided wonderful, friendly service; Pom on reception who always made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed; and the lovely ladies on reception on the morning we checked in who were so friendly and welcoming (I didn't catch their names unfortunately). The friendliness of all the staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to all of you for all your warmth and hospitality.

Very bad experience
Pros:

Facility was good but not well managed

Cons:

No smoking room, their main pool was on renovations, their rooms are very small not as seen on photos, because of renovations there is huge noise at 07th floor so I yell at the reception and they change our room without being courteous
