Overall fine with a good price.
Pros:

Good location and good price. Nice front staff.

Cons:

Ceiling had yellow spots and sink was placed at an awkward angle to use. No fan in bathroom.

Charming- love remodeled rooms.
Pros:

Cons:

Three people in my party. We each had are own room. One of ladies she said Tv did not work in her room and her coffee pot did not work. Mine were fine.

Staff,location, price fantastic, cleanliness not so good
Pros:

The staff were friendly.The location was great for all the sights wet saw. The bed was comfy

Cons:

The floors were not clean as if they had not been vacuumed. There was a dirty sock left on the floor in the walk way. There was hair on the floor by the bathtub and on the shower walls.There was old soap stuck around the soap dish with the new wrapped bar on top of it.

It’s an ok place to stay especially for the money.
Pros:

The location and price were great for such an expensive city. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

Shower handle broke in shower and we had to change rooms. Blood was on the toilet. The pillows were weird and small.

Excellent suites with kitchens and friendly staff - but VERY NOISY - hard to rest.
Pros:

Location, size of rooms, kitchen and bed comfort.

Cons:

Noise. Noise. Noise.

Construction on next door building started 06:00am drilling and lasts all day. We moved room to upstairs and lost that noise only to have the staff replacing the floors all day using hydraulic machines and vacuums. Then at night semi tractor trailers would park outside with engines running waiting for 06:00am deliveries on Chestnut Street so hard to get full night's sleep.

Affordable stay
Pros:

Sevice is good, location is good only it sits in a very busy road

Cons:

Our hotel door poked damaged, you need to be careful of car thieves. as people had stuff stolen from their cars.

Pros:

The location is great, close to public transport and easy access to all the sights we wanted to see. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Beds were comfortable, so we all had a good sleep. Lots of cafes and restaurants around the corner.

Cons:

Due to its central location it is slightly noisy, but it didn’t bother us much.

Spacious, immaculate modern room with very comfortable bed. Very secure parking garage on lower level

Cons:

Great free parking option in SF, but extremely difficult to actually park in a spot, very tight dimensions. Sadly, the coffee maker in our room was broken.

Room was clean.

Cons:

Receptionists were very unfriendly - poor hospitality.
There is no decent waiting area when guests arrive before check in time at 4 pm. There is one tiny restroom that is mainly for the staff and a waiting guest has to get special permission to use it. The hotel room was adjacent to main road and there was siginifucsnt street noice overnight.
