Konnten unser Gepäck zwischenlagern und noch bis 15:00 nach dem auschecken parken, das war super!

Cons:

Matratzen sehr durchgelegen, sehr laut, im Bad waren überall lange schwarze Haare, vermutlich von der Putzfrau denn das Bad war ansonsten sauber

Pros:

The location was fantastic for the purpose of our trip (Palace of Fine Arts) in a walkable area with many restaurants and coffee shops. On site parking was provided and the gentleman who checked us in was very professional and informative. The recently renovated rooms were impeccably clean with nicely done decor of San Fran maps and neutral tones.

Cons:

Minor points but coffee in the lobby would be nice, as would bottled water in the rooms...

Classic charm and extremely comfortable in the heart of the city.

Very clean and comfortable. Exceptional helpful staff, convenient free parking, walking to attractions made our city staff safe and enjoyable.

Cons:

I had a room on the busy street which was interesting to watch the city go by, yet loud during the night. I requested a room change the 2nd night and the staff immediately accommodated me to the other side of the building.
