Pros:

The king suite was wonderful! Perfect for our needs.

Cons:

Unfortunately due to the location on Lombard Street it was noisy throughout the night with trucks and delivery vehicles.

The location of this hotel is perfect. The hotel is recently remodeled and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

I recommend providing some water in the rooms - one free bottle would be a nice touch for making tea, etc.

Pros:

Gostamos muito da nossa estadia. Quarto grande, cama confortável, tem frigobar, máquina de café, roupas de cama muito boas, banheiro muito bom. Os atendentes muito solícitos, bastante atenciosos. A localização excelente. Conseguimos fazer muitos passeios a pé, perto de restaurantes e lanchonetes.

Poderia ter um microondas nos quartos pra ficar ainda melhor.

Lovely hotel in great location
Pros:

Excellent location. Close to so many restaurants and shops, marina, etc. Spacious rooms that have been modernized since our last stay. Love the decor updates and the bathrooms are beautiful.
