BEWARE - DO NOT STAY HERE, THEY ARE THEIVES AND BEDS ARE UNCOMFORTABLE.
Pros:

Location is good, close to nearby restaurants. Staff seemed friendly.

Cons:

Beds are so uncomfortable, we had a back pain from those sinking mattresses. Staff seemed friendly but the management is not transparent in their communication and bunch of cowards are running the management . They will not return your deposit and will also not provide explanation either of non refund.

What a gem of a place in a great part of the City. Highly recommended.
Pros:

The suite was like an apartment. It puts other "suites" from competitors to shame. The bed was extremely comfortable and the mini-kitchen was stocked wtih plates, glasses, forks, knives, spoons, etc. The room was very clean and well kept. We were just an elevator ride down to the back lobby and to Chestnut which was fantastic.

Cons:

The television connections need to be fixed. Luckily I am versed in this and fixed the bedroom tv. There were a couple of pieces of furniture that need repair or replacement. Not broken down, but definitely need attention. But, I understand that they are still remodeling, so no knocks for this, especially because of the value.

Great location and value for this little gem hotel in the Marina district.
Pros:

Location is central to so much so it's great. However, know that it's on a busy street and you do get some street noise. They've done a very good job camouflaging the street. The great thing is you can walk out the door to all kinds of restaurants, coffee and shopping! Very friendly staff at check in. They accidentally gave us a room that was already occupied but fixed it within minutes. No problems! Rooms are generous in size, comfortable and freshly updated. Beds were very comfy. LOVED that they have their own garage and no fees to park as so many hotels are charging ridiculous fees to park your car on top of the nightly start. Would definitely would stay again!

Cons:

Busy street. But so much else is great.
