J’ai adoré mon séjour, le lieu était très propre, le service super courtois et la nourriture très bonne.

Cons:

J’avais demandé un message dans la chambre pour souligner l’anniversaire de mon époux, ils m’ont confirmé pouvoir le faire et finalement je n’ai pas reçu le message dans ma chambre. Sinon le reste c’était très bien

Best of the best!
Pros:

Another perfect stay at the Delta Hotel Toronto! The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is prime - steps away from the Rogers Centre and aquarium on one side and Maple Leaf Square and Scotiabank place on the other.

The rooms are spacious and well appointed, without carpet. The bathroom is spacious and there's plenty of natural light.

The pool is HOT like so hot which can be enjoyable as long as you aren't hoping to cool off. Parking is incredibly reasonably priced.

The staff is all so friendly and welcoming.

We will 1 million percent be back. Thanks for another great stay, Delta!

- another guest got same room as me and opened the door while I was in the room!
- heater wasnt working
- you have to buy water!!

Very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Staff was really friendly and helpful, check in and check out were super quick, and the room was perfectly clean

Cons:

I travelled with family and we asked for two rooms close to each other. Unfortunately they weren’t able to fulfil this request. We got rooms that were 4 floors apart

I liked the location of the hotel , how comfy the beds were and my favorite was the pool .

I didnt like how soft the pillows were , would be nice to have a firmer pillow available in my room.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel and very well situated by the CN tower. Comfortable room with views of the city. Lovely pool, also with views of the city. Restaurant and roof top bar also on site.

Le service courtois et convivial.

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas prête à 16:00. Nous avons dû attendre dans le lobby. Une situation quelque peu stressante car nous avons dû nous préparer à la course pour pouvoir arriver à l’ heure pour notre spectacle de Bruno Mars.
