Pros:

Café da manhã excelente no restaurante Soco, apesar de ser praticamente igual todos os dias. Omelete espetacular, feito na hora. Funcionários bem simpáticos. Também jantamos uns dias nesse restaurante, que serve refeições deliciosas.

Cons:

Única coisa que incomodou um pouco foi o vidro grande que fica na parede que divide o banheiro do quarto, na parte superior. Quando seu colega de quarto usa o banheiro de madrugada, a luz ilumina bastante o quarto. Também não é muito silenciosa a porta do banheiro. Excelente as garrafinhas de água cortesia que deixam diariamente, além dos sachês para fazermos café e chá na cafeteira e chaleira do quarto. Limpeza do quarto excepcional.

Schnell von Flughafen zu Hotel und dies auch bei Schnee ohne nass zu werden. Gute Lage, super Blick.

Cons:

Hausdienst kam meistens erst am späteren Nachmittag. Vermutlich wegen der Feiertage (Weihnachten)

Fantastic location. Love the skyway to the convention center. And subway staff was great.

Cons:

Restored our luggage in your storage room. We did not know that a neck pillow fell off in the storage room until we got to the airport.

It was excellent and very accommodating
Pros:

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the view was OK. We had the view of the trains. We couldn't hear much of them but it would have been a nicer view if there was a different side to be on. The location was awesome. Lots of things within walking distance, including both stadiums and things to do.

Cons:

My only complaint is that we didnt have room service staff come in and clean until the 3rd or so day. And I wish we had at least one meal included with our stay.
