Fui com meu marido e chegando no quarto fui surpreendida com duas camas de solteiro. Liguei na recepção e a recepção nos deu a atender que a culpa foi minha por ter reservado dessa forma e que não poderia fazer nada para mudar. Resolvemos deixar o hotel pela falta de empatia da colaboradora.
