食事と景色が最高でした
施設が古めかしくて他のホテルと比べると劣って感じてしまいました。
初めてJR利用からの送迎車迎え依頼をしていたのですが、駅を通り越してしまい送迎車を親切に再度用意して下さいました。
空気清浄機も用意して下さったので快適に過ごせました。
部屋の電話から機械音がずっとしていたのを深夜寝る前に気付き、
差込を抜いて寝て対応し、チェックアウト時に報告しました。

Location was ideal for us as we use it as an overnight stop for our cycling trip around Lake Biwa. Decor was a bit dated. Breakfast spread was good.

Room did not live up to standard
The property is good for solo traveler, couple and family. Hot spring in East is clean and relax for body. You can choose to stay in the room for whole night with a pot of green tea, or enjoy good beef in dining area.

I loved the mattress futon. Made sleeping on the floor comfortable. Dinner and breakfast was yummy. Great view of Lake Biwa. This was amazing
Dated and onsen not very pretty. More swimming pool like. Also not so much freebies like other onsen hotels.
