Pros:

I am not happy with the facilities. The room is quite small, much facilities eg the no minibar, tv with only 4 channels, no kettle and iron and no breakfast. But what to expect, budget hotel.

A kettle in the room or hot water dispenser at every level would be nice. The bathroom floor was flooded during showers. There could be a choke in the drainage.
One pillow case was stained.

The room is comfortable enough for a budget stay. The tv channel need to be improved. The room wall is too thin, easy to hear the noise from the next door.

Bad soundproof
Pros:

Bad soundproof that next door can hear clearly. The room really not big and not in very good condition, the door of my room hard to close, one of the socket not working.
But the service of the front desk are not bad though.
The location is fine if you driving, food and shops nearby and not very crowded, easy to find parking too.
