Great value for money
Pros:

The hotel staff is very friendly, which I consider the best part of the stay. They are always willing to help with a smile. I upgraded to the Deluxe Suite, and it was definitely worth it. The room is very spacious, the bathroom is large and includes a bathtub, and the main pool was right in front of our room.

The hotel is beautiful, offers different room categories, and I believe it provides great value for money.

Dirty rooms
Pros:

The staff on the desk were very polite and helpful

Cons:

The room was very dirty. I found a dead frog next to the bed and it had been there so long that it had dried out.
The towels were dirty
My bedding wasn’t changed all week.
I brought this to the attention of the manager and he just smiled and then charged me for a coke I had.
I had to clean the sink myself and it was filthy.

This is my first negative I have done

Pros:

We had a villa. Absolutely beautiful, comfortable and one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. Private pool. Fruit left for us. Daily house keeping. Staff were all exceptional. Breakfast was excellent. A little bit out of town which is perfect for relaxing and quiet but still restaurants close by. A short Grab into town.

Cons:

Loved it all. Couldn't fault.

Pros:

The hotel has three good-sized swimming pools, the restaurant is delicious, and the staff are absolutely delightful. We had a wonderful time. Our room was on the second floor and it was very quiet at night, which made it perfect for resting. We enjoyed massages frequently during our stay. The location is excellent, close to the Monkey Forest and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cultural activities.
