Better than expected.
Pros:

Staff were all amazing, especially Lia I think her name was? I locked myself out of my room and she got the spare key and helped me out, without making me feel lousy or embarrassed about it. Room was clean and tidy. The free drink was a nice bonus.

Cons:

The only minus really was the parking outside under the trees. That's only minor though, and ultimately my fault cuz I'm lazy and didn't want to walk from the actual carpark

Pros:

The water pressure in the shower and the big old fashioned bath ... That's about it

Cons:

Unfortunately the cleanliness and overall upkeep were well belo my expectations.
The floor hadn’t been vacuumed, surfaces were sticky and clearly not wiped down—even after items like coffee were refreshed.
Dirty cups were left behind, and no clean mugs or spoons were provided (ours were actually taken away and not replaced).

The room was also poorly equipped, with no bedside lamps - the main light was way too bright as well and the beds far too soft and unstable—it moved around on the floor whenever you shifted (it has wheels)

Overall, the place feels like it’s overdue for a proper deep clean and a general refresh and upgrade.

Value for money but still there is room for improvement.
Pros:

Location of the hotel is accessible to public transport, (Bus, Taxi and Ride share). Plenty of private parking for clients at the rear. You can also order food, (Lunch and dinner).

Cons:

Well one thing I notice that the blanket was not as clean as expected because there are stains and a bit smelly, I'm using it for bedtime.

Great place to stay for a night
Pros:

Close to the airport, large comfy family room. Staff were super friendly. Free drink and 10% off food, which was delish! Very happy with our stay
