Terrible experience in winter
Pros:

My stay at your facility was terrible, firstly the heater wasn't working and with just one lousy blanket and the temperature had dropped on the day. I had to sleep with my clothes on to get some warmth,

Pros:

Despite the chilly weather of Kimberley our stay was delectable, however, the facility lacks communication means with the reception whien in your room. I found myself having to leave the room to the reception to ask for an iron when it would be easy to communicate via a telephone like in other hotels. Also, the room was not thorougly clean on the carpet when we returned to sleep for the second night.

Happy moments at Road Lodge Kimberly
Pros:

The reception was welcoming. The online booking through Hotels.com did not reserve a room whereas i paid the full price which got me worried when i checked-in and the receptionist could not locate my reservation/booking.

The overall stay i was satisfied with and my room too.

Aircon grill damaged
Shower door does not seal properly
Toilet door lock catch in frame loose
Would have liked rooibos tea in the room
Noise from casino customers in parking area during the night is disturbing

Great stay @ Kimberley Road Lodge
Pros:

We had a great stay. The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We expected more with regard to the additional breakfast it was overpriced and not on standard. Furthermore we were happy.

Pros:

Service and conditions of the Hotel were good,
Unfortunately the size of the Bed and the TV was disappointing.
I had to play golf in the morning it was not comfortable bed for two.
