Good for a day or a week trip!
Pros:

The room (superior queen bed) was quite clean. The lights are good. I can either off it or make it "dim". Toilet is quite okay, the problem is the floor drainage is not very good, but overall it's okay. Aircon is cold. The staff is polite and helpful. There's lots of parking area, and we don't need to pay for it. It's a new area. We can get more food another side of Permas Jaya. For breakfast, I walked out about 5 minutes behind mamak stall there's a pleasant cafe for simple toast bread and good coffee.

Cons:

The toilet floor drainage. It'll be great if there's fan in the room too.

1-Star Review – Very Disappointing Stay

I stayed here for 2 nights, and it was a very unpleasant experience.

Around 7pm on the first night, while lying on the hard bed and chatting with my friend, a cockroach appeared right beside me. Thankfully, my friend saw it and warned me. I was absolutely terrified—I have a deep fear of cockroaches. I jumped off the bed and called the front desk for help. A staff member came, but there was no apology and no offer of compensation or service recovery.

Even worse, at around 12am that night, a *second cockroach* appeared in our room.

On top of the pest issue, the hotel has several other problems:

* The bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable
* The room has a strong, mouldy smell
* Staff were unfriendly and lacked empathy
* The location is inconvenient
* The door lock was faulty and felt unsafe
* Basic amenities like toilet paper were missing

This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, hygiene, or good service.
