Always a pleasant stay!
Pros:

I have stayed here several times before and it is always pleasant, just like usual. The staff are very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Ahmet, Cetin and Cihan for the great service.
The cat is a lovely addition to the place.
I would happily come back again.

An excellent experience in every way 👌 The hotel is outstanding in terms of cleanliness, location, comfort, and overall service. But what truly made the stay special was the staff — especially Nargis 🌸 She was extremely professional, kind, and helpful, always welcoming us with a smile and great attitude. Pros:

The stay was excellent, and the hotel was clean I thank the hotel manager and the reception staff were always helpful with everything. The hotel's location is Near Jawhar Mall, a ten-minute walk and grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants are all nearby.

حسن الاستقبال و اللطافه من افراد الفندق وبالخصوص الاستاذة (رولا)موظفة الاستقبال ومسئوله عن حجوزات بوكينق ..

كانت في قمة الاخلاق وحسن التعامل والبشاشه ،، محترفه

حرصة على ان نرى الغرفه قبل الدخول و عمل ترقيه مجانيه الى غرفه افضل

Great location and very comfortable and spacious rooms.
Pros:

The room was quite spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the built of the hotel and its decor were modern and contemporary, the toilets were large and the location was superb.

Cons:

The breakfast was good but not great. The toilet cleaning was below expectations.

الاقامه كانت فوق الممتازه

اولا الاخت رولا جمال من افضل الموظفين في الأخلاق والتعامل الراقي خدومه جدا وتلبي جميع احتياجات العملاء وسريعة الاستجابة بشوشة جدا وتستحق ان تكون الموظف المثالي في هذا الشهر سكنت الفندق مرتين لان الفندق يستحق الاقامة فيه
ثانيا : الموقع ممتاز جدا وكل شي بقربه والمنطقه أمان جدا
في احد الليالي اضطررت للخروج من الفندق للبقاله في وقت جدا متاخر والبقالة كانت في الشارع الخلفي للفندق كان الامان ممتاز
وكذلك الأخ الكبير القدير Odimir جدا محترم ويساعد العملاء بالمستطاع ودايم مبتسم
الفندق كلمة حق تقال فيه من اجمل الفنادق في إسطنبول والأخت رولا من افضل من تتعامل معه

كانت اقامه رائعه جدا

كل شي أعجبني الموقع ممتاز كل شي بقربه مطاعم والكوفي والبقاله والمخابز ومحلات ملابس ومجمع جواهر قريب جدا 3 دقايق مشي ومحطة مترو قريبه منه والمسجد والصرافه وكل شيء قريب منه
والاطلاله جميله جدا
وغرف الفندق واسعه ونظيفه والحمامات اعزكم الله نظيفه وسرعة تلبية حاجات النزلاء
والموظفون جدا راقين في التعامل وبالأخص الاخت رولا جمال راقيه وخلوقه جدا وتحاول ارضاء العملاء بمساعدتهم لقد ساعدتني بان قامت بترقيتي الي غرفه اكبر ومتسعه وإطلاله علي الشارع وبجانب غرف أبنائي بعد ان كنت في طابق وهم في طابق آخر
انصح الجميع بالسكن في هذا الفندق الجميل ولان الموظفين فيه جميلين جدا وخصوصاً رولا جمال جدا خلوقه والكلمات تعجز عن اعطائها حقها

Хорошее расположение. Рядом торговый центр и метро. Сделали по просьбе ранний заезд, в 12 часов. В номере были полотенца и одноразовые тапочки, балкон с видом на город. Все понравилось. Спасибо!

عند دخولي الاستقبال كان استقباله سى
وعند صعودي الي الغرفه كانت غير نظيفه وقام الموظف الذي معي بالاتصال بالاستقبال واخبره ان الغرفه غير نظيفه
ودخلت الغرفه وجا موظف التنظيف قام بتنظيف الغرفه غير بيت المخدات فقط وقمت برفع اللحاف وجدت شعر تحت الغطاء
