Cons:

Verdreckte Bettwäsche. Service Nummer angerufen und per WhatsApp geschrieben, keiner antwortet oder geht ans Telefon. Sehr hellhörig. Man kann alles aus den Nachbarzimmer hören. Geschlafen habe ich somit leider kaum.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der historischen Altstadt
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt an einer Haltestelle des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs. Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die Zimmer sind zufriedenstellend und recht sauber. Die historische Altstadt ist etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

Cons:

Ich war beim Einchecken sehr enttäuscht vom Personal. In der Buchungsbestätigung stand, dass mir vor dem Check-in ein Code für die Zimmerschlüssel zugeschickt würde. Diese Information war jedoch bis zu meiner Ankunft nicht eingegangen. Ich musste eine internationale Nummer anrufen und nach dem Code fragen. Doch selbst mit diesem Code ließ sich der Schlüsselsafe nicht öffnen. Ich musste auf einen Hotelmitarbeiter warten. Als dieser endlich kam und mir den Schlüssel aushändigte, fragte ich: „Warum haben Sie mir den Code nicht per E-Mail geschickt?“ Der Mitarbeiter sagte „Tschüss“ und ging von mir zu seinen Geschäften. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Empathie, keine Komplizenschaft. Dieses Verhalten entspricht nicht der Ethik des Hotelpersonals.

Super, voor herhaling vatbaar!

Super netjes, alles was aanwezig en het hotel stond op goede locatie in Bremen, met zelfs een supermarkt aan de overkant!

Cons:

In meinem Schlafraum waren Ameisen und somit war an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Da ich erst sehr spät im Hotelzimmer war, habe ich niemanden mehr kontaktiert. Von einer, wenn auch nur teilweisen, Rückerstattung des Übernachtungspreises, habe ich von dem Hotel eine Absage bekommen.
