Unfortunate 2nd choice option, but won’t use it again.
Pros:

Location convinient to my business trip purposes but location won’t probably overcome weaknesses during the stay.

Cons:

Matress in the bed was keeping me awake for 2 nights (couldn’t sleep since my back was continuously having cramps). Also the room was very old and worn-out. This was originally 2nd choice but had to use it due to original one close to soccer arena was having traffic blocks related to game night. After this experience would have been still a better choice.

Ausserordentlich gutes 3* Hotel
Pros:

Für 3* aussergewöhnlich gut. Grosse Zimmer, gute Betten, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Der Lynnwood Compound umfasst einige sehr gute Restaurants und Coffeeshops, einen gut sortierten Woolworth Supermarkt und eine der besten Biltong Metzgereien der Stadt.

No water at hotel
Cons:

Burst water pipe at the hotel - hence no water available- but the hotel failed to contact anyone about the issue. Only once you arrived at the hotel did they advise that you can check in - and then go shower/bath at their Sister hotel?

Location close to N1 (and N4 somewhat)
Easy, quiet and comfortable

Cons:

Price was a bit high, supply/demand probably, not overpriced but definitely a premium over competition

This is the second time in 3 weeks I was there and both times the bathroom was not clean the hairs of the previous guest ons the basins in the bath and on the bathroom floor.

Nice and quite stay with many restaurants close by for breakfast and dinner. The hotel also had a very good breakfast.
Pros:

Its comfortable to get on the national road. Very nice restaurants close by.

Cons:

I don’t like the carpet on the floors of the rooms and corridors.
