Booking.com is lot delivering what they promise
Pros:

Booking.com promised me rooms with balconies facing towards the pool. We got rooms without balconies facing towards the street. Booking.com is selling products which is not reflected in the booking confirmation.

Drains must be fixed

Avait reserve et paye pour une chambre 30m2, vue piscine et avec petit dejeuner.. Ai eu une chambre au premier etage de +/- 18m2 avec vue sur route. De plus on m'a reclame les petits dejeuners aucheck out. Apres discussion peu courtoise avec la receptioniste , suis parti et refuse de payer les petits dejeuners deja payes lors de la reservation

Very pleasant. Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Breakfast was good but one person on the egg station made things a little slow during the busier time.

Cons:

Bathroom only had soap bars and no shower gel. I appreciate that this may be due to some environmental theory but the products were really bellow par and a simple shower gel and shampoo would have been far better and more appreciated. Its basic but important, I ended up driving to a convenience store and purchasing my own and at this price point it shouldn't be necessary.

This place is deteriorating at a rapid rate. I will watch it closely. I predict new owners soon.
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

The digital key has never worked for more than a day every time I stay here. The room was not cleaned completely. The bed was not made and the ameneties not replenished at 15H00 when I came back to my room to rest. My towels were removed and not replaced. Cleaners shout and make excessive noise during the day when one might need to rest after travelling. I get the feeling that the staff thinks the customers owes them something? Excuses for everything. Overpriced and I will not easily stay here again irrespective of the ideal location.

We loved our stay at City Brisge Lynwood. It is our second stay at the hotel and will be back in future.
Pros:

The location, the cleanliness, the price, the friendly staff. The restaurants and Woolworths food on the doorstep.

Cons:

Would have like a small fridge in the room.

Highly recommended. You will not regret booking here—and you will almost certainly return.
Pros:

I have been a loyal guest of City Lodge Hotels, including Courtyard, for many years and have consistently found the experience to be exceptional. The rooms are comfortable and immaculately maintained, with crisp, clean linen and a fresh, welcoming ambience. The bathrooms are modern, well-designed, and always spotless.

The City Lodge Hotel at Lynwood Bridge stands out in particular due to its excellent location. It is ideally situated close to quality shopping, a variety of good restaurants, and convenient meeting spots with friends, all contributing to a vibrant and relaxed atmosphere.

Importantly, the hotel offers excellent value for money, delivering a consistently high standard of comfort, cleanliness, and service at a very reasonable price point.

The staff are friendly, professional, and attentive, which further enhances the overall experience. Whenever I am in Pretoria, this is without question my preferred place to stay.

Highly recommended. You will not regret booking here—and you will almost certainly return.

Cons:

Nothing. I would not keep returning if there were an issue or concern.
