Pros:

Check in was fast and easy. Room was very clean. There is a good variety of breakfast options. Property feels safe.

Cons:

Check out needs improvement. The property should still have access to my receipt even though I booked my stay through a third party. Expense reports are time consuming enough without adding another layer of gathering receipts to it. Next time I’ll just book directly with the property.

Staff was rude
Pros:

The location and the comfort levels

Cons:

The staff was rude, I booked a 2 rooms paid 587.90 for 2 rooms booked them together wasn’t even on the same floor and was told rude that I couldn’t get them together by front desk. At morning breakfast asked for more fruit was told that I should have got up earlier that they was all out it was 8:10 am I will never stay there again for the money I could have stayed next door and booked a suite where we could be in the same room

There was no black out curtain. It was too bright in the room . Bed was hard even for me. I like a hard bed

Nice short stay. Swimming, breakfast, just relaxing with the kids. Getting away from home for a night.
