The first night we were woken at 5am by concrete works being done next door - this very loud noise continued most of the morning. This was well signed within the building but not very obviously on the booking.com site and the specific day/time was not specified.

Apartment was beautiful
Pros:

No breakfast but location was beautiful and very convenient

Cons:

It was raining and there was construction next door, so had to park outside and carry bags in the rain. Only parking for sml vehicles. Needed parking longer than 3 hours as I was staying at the premises and had to keep.moving my car around in the pouring rain. Also no info was given that access to the hotel was blocked and had to do laps and walk.in the pouring rain.

Pros:

Just wow—what an amazing stay! The photos don't do justice to the views. I spent every morning on the balcony with a coffee, watching the sunrise over the ocean
. The apartment was spotless which made my stay feel truly luxurious. It’s peaceful ,within walking distance to everything. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway my family and I loved staying at Solnamara.

Cons:

Was not made aware of the construction behind and next to us. Very loud. Wasn’t able to chill by the pool. The construction behind also went on into the night so we couldn’t sleep. We would not have stayed here if we’d have known.

A lovely two nights spent listening to the waves relaxing.
Pros:

Right across the road from the beach. Close to North Burleigh Surf Club, which has great live music on Sunday afternoons. The property is also close to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

There is currently construction taking place next door. Only an issue on weekdays.
