A fantastic location, but the overall experience did not justify the premium price due to the undisclosed adjacent const
Pros:

The beachfront location is excellent, with easy access to Broadbeach, restaurants and cafes. The apartment was spacious.

Cons:

The major construction site immediately adjacent to the property was the biggest disappointment and was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. Construction occurred throughout our stay, including early mornings and weekends, and the pool and outdoor facilities sit directly beside the work site, significantly reducing our enjoyment of those advertised amenities.

We also experienced parking issues despite contacting the property before arrival, cleanliness and maintenance concerns within the apartment (including heavily soiled carpets and mould), and significant noise transfer into the master bedroom from the apartment above.

While each issue on its own may have been manageable, together they did not reflect the standard we expected for a stay costing almost AUD $5,600 for nine nights

I stay here every school holidays with my grandsons. It is so close to everything we want and the heated pool is great.

Great place for a relaxed beach break
Pros:

Great location...easy walk to beach, National Park, shops and two Surf Lifesaving clubs and pubs.
Lovely well equipped and maintained modern unit. Very comfortable. Great view of the ocean.

Cons:

A new construction site close by. A little bit of noise during the day but all quiet from late afternoon. Did not cause any bother.

Highly recommended accommodation, we would stay here again without hesitation
Pros:

We stayed on the 6th floor room 28. Great views, very comfortable room, very clean and modern. Hosts were very friendly and approachable. Good location away from the hustle and bustle we caught the bus everywhere including to and from the airport. Supermarket close by too. Did not want to leave 😊

Apartment was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, lounge/dining area was adequate for our family. Balcony was cute

Close to surf club and within walking distance to main restaurant/shops area of Burleigh Heads
