The staff were helpful and friendly enough, but the rooms were a dissapointment.
Pros:

The first room they checked us into, the cupboard door was falling off its hinges, aircon did not work, and shower door did not close. They moved us to another room, but there was no hot water.

Cons:

The rooms and general areas are lacking general maintenance.

it was good, no complaints
Pros:

Location is convenient, next to shopping malls and the Hatfield environment is safe, security guards every corner

Cons:

Ironing facilities, I requested there was no response and also the communication with reception, the whatsapp only is not sufficient as you do not get reply

The facilities are good here, just improve on the service quality to match other City Lodges
Pros:

Both the bedroom and Dinning area were nicely furnished and comfortable

Cons:

The quality of the service needs to be upgraded. Not enough information was given at the reception. We had to ask for every bit of information. To get the ironing board I had go go downstairs to carry it myself. Breakfast was disappointing, everyghing was dry, sausages, bacon, hash browns.. the waitress was not attentive enough to clear the table, we had to request every now and then.

The stuff is friendly.

1. There is no fridges in Hotels we couldnt have cold water to drink in our rooms

2. The breakfast is not good...for 235 rands its not well done.
