The receptionist didn’t want to issue an invoice as I used the third party Bookings.com
I took time explaining to her that invoice request was sent to the property
She needs to be trained on how these things work. Rather than that she was humble
I wasted 20 minutes of my time. At the parking way-out there was no security guard to take the entry ticket we waited until gave up because the reception said it should remain with the security.
The place is clean and good
