Pros:

It was horrible the elevator was broken I was not informed! The tv didn’t work the entrance for any type of privacy was broken as well it was horrible

The mattress was good!

Cons:

The number was not clean, most likely there were the bad bugs because we were bitten by something. Also it was too loud at night from the outside (music and lights).

The front desk said available 24/7 but when we went down to ask for help there was nobody there I ran the bell and no answer

Not what I expected.
Cons:

I went in person and they said the room wasn’t available for the stay, and when I asked if I could cancel they said I would be allowed to cancel but then they were not able to let me cancel and they still charged the stay even though I did not stay.
