Une bonne adresse pour 1 nuit

Tres bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Nous étions au dernier étage et nous entendions les voitures comme si elles etaient dans la chambre

Wir haben uns in keinster Weise willkommen gefühlt.

Leider gar nichts

Cons:

Alte und verbrauchte Einrichtung. Dreckig. Besonders die Klimaanlage wurden seit Jahren nicht gereinigt. Geruch von ranziger Butter im Zimmer. Das Zimmer wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt.
Das Frühstücksbüffet war schon eine Stunde vor Ende der Frühstückszeit zum Teil leer und wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Die Qualität und Auswahl war mangelhaft.

Cons:

feeling disappointed bcs some of the accommodations rusted like the dustbin, cooking appliances. i think the room is not soundproof😅 bcs i can hear people talking from the other room. also the staff need to explain to the guest regarding the free parking need to be exit within 15min. if not the parking ticket will expired eventually the guest cant exit the hotel. then need go to the receptionist to renew the parking ticket.

Value for money
Pros:

Staffs are friendly and accommodating. It’s value for money. You pay what you get . Free parking, big room w kitchennete and breakfast. What else I could ask

Cons:

It’s an old building, situated beside a dirty river. So don’t expect much but it’s clean and big enough for a family. It’s just that some of the staff when they make up the room, I can still see hair everywhere. If they refurbished it and send their staff to cleaning class maybe they can do more

Good rooms, but poor service and maintenance
Pros:

Room were spacious. But became worst stay as need to sleep at the living room due to aircon issue.

Cons:

The rooms were spacious. However, our stay was disappointing because of several issues.

The air conditioning in 2 of our rooms was not working properly and was leaking. We informed the staff several times before someone came to check. We requested to change rooms, but were told the hotel was fully booked and that we could change the next day. Unfortunately, no one followed up or updated us about the room change, and the worst thing was we need to sleep in the living room due to aircon issue!

We booked 2 Premier Suites for our family, but basic amenities like towels and toothbrushes were not provided completely. When we requested extra towels, we were asked to pay RM10 per towel, even though the rooms were not fully stocked in the first place.

Overall, we were disappointed with the service. Our group of 6 families will not be booking this hotel again, and we do not recommend it.

Pros:

床外风景美，乾净，宽敞，地理位子不难找，靠近Imago shopping mall。

Cons:

应该是餐厅食物有代改善吧，大众化一些，比较适合不同人的口味。
