Pros:

Ilmainen kahvi ja ilmaiset pyörät asiakkaiden käytössä olivat kyllä iso plussa.

Cons:

Huoneiden ovet paukahtavat todella kovaa kiinni. Tähän herättiinkin muutaman kerran kun naapurissa ovi paukahti kiinni

Erinomainen hinta-laatu suhde ja prima sijainti
Pros:

Erinomainen sijainti, hotellilla kaikki tarpeellinen. Kiva että on kerroskeittiöt ja pyörien lainaus ehdoton iso plus. Aamiaisella hyvä hinta-laatu suhde. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Cons:

Aamiaiselta puuttui maailman parhaat karjalanpiirakat, joita olin aiemmin tässä hotellissa saanut. Kerroskeittiön jääkaapista oli unohtunut poistaa vanhojen asiakkaiden eväitä.

Vastaanotossa aivan upea ja ystävällinen vastaanotto!
Ja muu henkilökunta samaa tasoa. Ihan nätti huoneisto mahtavalla paikalla keskustassa. Ja turvallinen parkkeeraus hallissa.

Cons:

Tyyny oli huono.
Pohjois-Karjalassa kun oltiin, karjalanpiirakat ois ehdoton aamiaisen juttu!

Hinta-laatusuhde erinomainen. Sijainti erinomainen. Perusviihtyisä hotelli.

Cons:

Huoneeseen kuului meteliä käytävältä. Myös viemäristä kuului meteliä, ellei ollut sitten naapurihuoneen suihku.
