I stayed at this hotel during my 2-day trip to Rome, and it truly made my trip even more enjoyable. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and perfectly located.
The location was absolutely fantastic. I could walk to almost all of Rome’s main attractions, and being right in the heart of the transportation network made getting around incredibly easy. Getting to and from the airport was also surprisingly smooth and completely stress-free.
One unexpected but absolutely fantastic feature for me was the bathroom. As someone from Turkey, where bidet-style toilet hygiene is very common, I really appreciated having a toilet with this feature. It was such a pleasant surprise and made me feel even more comfortable. The level of cleanliness was excellent, and I genuinely felt as comfortable and clean as I do at home.
The staff were wonderful as well. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their kindness really stood out. On my last day, I had an early flight and had to leave before breakfast. The staff kindly offered to prepare a lunch box for me at 5:00 AM, and they also made the check-out process incredibly quick and easy so I could get to the airport on time.
I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome. Highly recommended!

Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber etwas ärgerlich war die Nacherhebung von city tax und sonstigen Abgaben.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating! Location is primo… just 2 minutes straight down the street to the Colosseum! Located in a courtyard with lemon granita, gelato, a bakery and three restaurants that offer good cocktails and yummy seafood, pizza and pastas.
Excellent room, excellent staff, no complaints. Excellent noiseless rooms despite the noise outside.

The location was definitely a surprise: so convenient. The front desk staff (Gabi, Marica and Virginia) made my days with their good service, readiness to help and will to connect with the clients.
