Agréable avec une belle vue
Pros:

L’emplacement. La propreté de la chambre malgré le tapis.

Cons:

Le personnel pourrait être plus accueillant. Le vieux tapis à l’entrée. Pas de petite table dans la chambre.

Very very very disappointed. Would never return or recommend.
Pros:

Really nothing - it was very overpriced for what was supplied

Cons:

No handrails in the shower for safety. Water would not drain - standing in water up past your ankles, had to drain water from tub after shower. Sound barrier between rooms - non-existent could hear people in next room snoring all night. No privacy on the balcony - not even divider. View from room was lousy parking lot. Very sparsely furnished - not comfortable. English selection on TV was very limited. For the price I feel we have been extremely ripped-off. Nobody in the group was at all satisfied. Booking.com would be wise to no longer recommend this establishment.

Équipements vieillots, pas de prises USB/USBC dans les chambres. Pas de bar ou d’endroit agréable pour prendre un verre. Accueil restaurant adorable mais nourriture vraiment insipide, sans aucune saveur.

Nous avons apprécié la taille de la chambre qui etait tres spacieuse
Le personnel d'accueil agréable

Cons:

La vue sur la piscine qui est tres sale, nous avions choisi une chambre avec vue sur le lac mais celle ci etait gâchée par l'état delabree de la piscine.
Personne ne vous aide pour monter les 3 étages avec les valises

À notre arrivée, il a fallu réserver un créneau de petit-déjeuner à 7h30 car nous n’étions pas prioritaires. Pas très agréable après une longue route!
Un groupe devait occuper la salle de 8h à 9h. Quand nous avons quitté la salle après 8h, il n’y avait que 4 personnes du groupe qui occupaient une autre salle…

Extremely friendly staff, spotless comfortable room and bathroom.
Amazing location directly on the lake St-Pierre. You can reach the lake directly from the hotel for a nice walk.
Very quite place as we stayed off season somit was almost ours 😅 restaurants and supermarket just a couple of minutes away.

I don’t recommend this run down establishments

Cons:

From the minute you walk in the lobby one can’t help but noticing how dirty and run down this place is. Our room was filthy, stains on the carpet, grime and mold around the shower etc…. We had to clean the coffee table with sanitizer because there were stains left on it. Our TV remote was not working right with respect to controlling the volume. A staff came up to check our TV remote but never replaced it. This hotel is in dire need of a major renovation.

Lieu de charme au bord du Saint Laurent
Pros:

Très bons équipements (piscine, jacuzzi, spa...), personnel très sympathique, ambiance générale dans les espaces communs, jardin donnant directement sur le Saint Laurent, grande chambre spacieuse et confortable avec balcon.

Cons:

Prix assez chers notamment au bar et au restaurant. Protections de jacuzzi pas évident à enlever et remettre.

Pros:

We loved the hot tub. Staff was so helpful and we took a lovely soak. The views from the downstairs and location were lovely. The area near here is absolutely lovely and I'd love to spend more time some day.

Cons:

The fact that there is no elevator here and our room was upstairs wes not convenient. There was no staff to help us with luggage. This might have been somewhere on the website, but if yes, I missed it.
