Road Lodge Bloemfontein Airport

The shower is so small I can barely move around in it. Lack of variety with regards to TV channels and the visuals are not clear. Stayed at the hotel for 3nights on the 1st day saw a cocoroche. I killed it and it was lying on the floor for those 3night. This goes to show that the room was not being cleaned.

Service is absolutelly amazing. The place is beautifull inside and out. Best place to get some rest and to recharge for the following day

Your kitchen oven wakes me up at Four for all 3 days that was not a nice feeling
I did not rest the way I should and also the cleaners need to ensure they clean the room accordingly no dust should be on the headboard

We went to the Windmill,because Bookings .com send us the wrong pin location. We drived through the most dangerous township at night. So we turned away and the Windmill gave us a place . I want my money back from BOOKINGS.COM PLEASE.

Very disappointing,we got to Road lodge Bloemfontein at night hoping to relax and have a good time only to be told that the hotels has no water and we cancelled!!now I need my refund back.

I enjoyed the stay. Everything was nice and it is very clean and staff was very friendly

Customer service

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. WI Fi speed is fast.
For a last minute booking the service was excellent. There is a mini pool outside. The place is also very quite and peaceful.

They also have the option of breakfast excluded from the bill, which convenient if you are not a breakfast person.

Nearer the airport therefore convenient

Spotless clean and fresh.
Aircon; tv & free wifi and coffee facilities in thw room.
Beds sleeps very well and bedding was of good quality.
All the staff was so friendly and would go the extra mile without even asking. Special thanks to Riaan Loots GM for making us feel welcome.
Felt rite at home and really enjoyed the stay.
Close to Bloemfontein Airport; wimpy; Sticky Keg and other shops.

I would highly recommend it as a sleepover destination when traveling and even n long weekend break away.

And where i parked there is no camera coverage. So must be inside job. I am really dissapointed as i trust my vehicles to be safe when i park. Where was the security

Calm environment

I asked for about 3 weeks to cancel my accommodation and was not helped.

the stay was like being at home away from home, the staff with warm hearts welcomed us and made our stay one of the most memorable stay ever. dinner was also superb and delicious and prepared well and much gracias and kudus to the team and management at Road Lodge Bloemfontein Airport,

Got to the Road lodge to find out it is a construction site, construction will commence at 7am, sorry if you had any desire to sleep in or have forewarning or information to find alternative accommodation.

The room I had prebooked and paid for wasn't available, so make a plan in the moment for another room. I was put into a Twin room with my wife and learn evening shower on Friday will give you just warm water only.

There is no toilet brush in the bathroom. USB port by the 1 bed didnt work to change phones.

The Room door locks don't close/latch easily on any of the room doors, so for anyone entering or leaving their rooms, they have to slam their doors closed, that includes those leaving at 5:30am, 5:45am, 6:30am...11pm, midnight...doors slamming constantly as guests were moving about so you do not have the option to get much sleep, 4 or 5 hours sleep per night is about as good as it gets - unacceptable when we are there for 2 nights, one cannot function correctly on that little sleep.
