Receptionist WIDHI was a wonderful person to interact. She understood my need and clarified all details. She helped me booking for the next day & tried to help me in all possible manner. She is 5 star staff in this hotel

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk

Die Unterkunft war super, dort gibt es grundsätzlich alles was man braucht. Wir haben im gesamten den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alle waren sehr engagiert, die Wäsche wurde super gewaschen und die Zimmer waren stets gemacht. Die Drinks an der Bar waren köstlich und der Service war ausgezeichnet.

I had a pleasant stay at Crystal Lotus Hotel Yogyakarta. The design of the hotel is tasteful and well thought out. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast was superb with a great variety of options. However, there was a noticeable sewage-like smell in the room, which was a bit unpleasant. Aside from that, everything else was fine. Overall, an okay stay with some highlights and room for improvement.

Large bathroom & bath & attention to detail with lots of other things

i stay 2 night in this hotel, room is simple, and neat, first night the air conditioner is so hot and they fixed very quickly (good job!). breakfast is great, a lot of variation between indonesian cuisine and western. overall great and comfy hotel!

We stayed in 236, decent amenities good pillows and the hot water works well. And i love that they improved their service. I read earlier in the reviews that the towels aren’t good enough but when I was there the towels are clean, look new and crisp. The location is close to Jcm. Oh and take the breakfast, they’re good and they have lots of pastries. Overall good stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is very convenient with plenty of warnings and restaurants in a nearby mall. Our favourite sate "Sate Ratu" is just few minutes away. and most importantly, The room is clean!

Very nice hotel, the standard room is small. The bar is located just next to the swimming pool. the breakfast is ok with a lot of choice. the hotel room have a balcony but the view is other people house.

Terrible stay!

The pillow cases and bed sheets are dirty. I saw bugs and ants in the toilet! When a hotel don’t show care in all these details, I’m not sure if I’m sleeping with bed bugs!

Avoid at all costs!

Nice room n big also, wifi good but when shower hot water not good, towel look already not nice and many kind food for breakfast but not much testy, so close with Jogya city mall and so easy for look food in near area hotel and so far nice hotel..

We stayed at this hotel for only one night at a superior room, and for 4star hotel this hotel will be not our choices for our future visit. The room was unclean like we can found some dirty spot at wall, mirror, telephone, the bed, refrigerator, etc. Their cleaning standard absolutely should be improved.
