Pros:

I arrived two hours before check in , I was told had to pay a fee to either park and or use the facilities . I had no water at times and no hot water during my stay . the place is away from everything

Pros:

It is adorable, neat and clean. It is on the dead end of a residential street, so it's very quiet. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is a nice size, and the breakfast is good. The best part is the staff. They are friendly, helpful and kind. I will definitely stay here again!

Pros:

This place was a bit unexpected, a little haven down a normal looking road. The room was clean and comfortable, only issue was the door was quite hard to lock and unlock. The staff were lovely, very efficient and helpful. The young lad when we arrived, showed us how to open and close/lock the gate and explained everything to us, thank you. The girl at breakfast was very nice, as was the breakfast

Very basic room with shared bathroom. No fridge or even cups in the room. They got a lot of nerve charging the price I paid for this tiny shed with a mattress.

This is not the first time I visit this hotel and I will always come back, exceptional service and rooms, I am always able to take my dog with me, and is close to the beach.

Nice hotel. Air conditioner is a must in the area. They also included a continental breakfast and pool. Was fairly close to the main city strip and close to the beach.

This was one of the oddest places we have ever stayed.

You must watch a video before you check in
They will not take your passport numbers from a photo in your phone
You have to wear a paper wristband during your entire stay at the property
The room was incredibly crowded due to the strange shape of the room
The beach club to which you are supposed to have access (a big selling point in the video) actually charges you to use their facilities
You get an email before you check in that it is not a sex hotel
Your room key also has a card to run the AC so you cannot leave the AC on if you are out of the room

Basically, their guests are treated as if they are teenagers who are not capable of making reasonable adult decisions.
The experience was strange.

La ubicación queda lejos de la playa y del centro de Jaco. Sin embargo tiene acceso al club de playa y este se encuentra frente al mar. El Lugar es bonito y acogedor. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y el baño un poco incómodo. El precio está perfecto. Y el desayuno me gusto.
