Hotel carismático e confortável
Pros:

Gostámos do pequeno-almoço variado e com qualidade (ovos mexidos ótimos), da piscina interior e espaço de spa pequeno mas super confortável e agradável, lobby com lareira acesa, areias no quarto para acompanhar o chá, piscina exterior com vista, e, por último mas mais interessante... hotel rico em arte com obras de Nadir Afonso e fotografias da sua vida. O restaurante também é agradável e com oferta de qualidade.
A localização permitiu uma boa caminhada no parque de Boticas (PR4- Rota das levadas), visitas a Chaves com as suas termas e ponte, Vila Real e o Palácio de Mateus, Vidago e Pedras Salgadas.

Cons:

O spa tinha marcação nas compreende-se por não ser muito grande. Por outro lado a lotação esteve sempre muito controlada o que é uma mais-valia.
O quarto é confortável mas por algumas ocasiões ouvi ruído de outros hóspedes.
