Pros:

It felt safe. It was mostly clean. They accommodated my 4 am check out time. The staff was nice

Cons:

It was noisy as there is a main road in front, even if my room didn’t look into the road you could hear the traffic all night long. There was no natural light in the room as the window faces a hallway. The only natural light came from the bathroom, which bled into the room as the toilet “wall” is a frosted glass and you cannot fully block the light from the bathroom window. The location is the middle of nowhere, you have to drive everywhere. The beds weren’t particularly comfortable. The staff was nice but only one of them spoke good English. Also, the towels would disappear, I started my stay with 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels, and 2 pool towels but they took the hand towels the first day and never replaced them, and the other two some days I’d have 1, some days 2, and one day I only had 1 pool towel, no bath towels. So strange

Pros:

El personal es muy, muy amable. La atención de todo el equipo fue perfecta. El desayuno es rico, ofrecen varias opciones y cumplen con tus solicitudes. Además, la atención está estandarizada: quien sea que te atienda lo hace siempre con mucha amabilidad.

Cons:

Las camas no son cómodas. La playa que aparece en las fotos no es apta para bañarse y el olor es muy fuerte. Además, está bastante lejos de las zonas turísticas, al menos a 30 minutos.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas y la ducha resulta incómoda porque el espacio es muy reducido. En general, nos percatamos de otras opciones por menos precio y mejor ubicadas y con más amenidades.

They don’t provide a toothbrush/ toothpaste. They close after 10 so you need to take a card. If one card could open the door and the room would be more convenient

Sehr gutes solides hotel
Pros:

Sehr schönes großes Zimmer mit großem bett. Dazu waren die Mitarbeiter stets freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Baden ist zwar nichtvor Ort möglich aber nicht weit entfernt gibt es gute Möglichkeiten

It is a nice place to stay. Very peaceful and relaxing. Its a good location to enjoy your vacation. It's by the water so you can hear the waves and see the sunrise with no effort at all.

Superb. That was a huge surprise. The hotel is new, offers fantastic comfort, AC is located in a way which prevents a direct flow on your head or ears ;) The staff is super nice, the views are fantastic. The place is peaceful, not far away from the Phuket Old Town. There are restaurants and streetfood nearby, two 24/7 shops (including 7-Eleven). Simply wow for a peaceful time far away from Patong ;)
