Lucky 11 Hotel

Location was good and convenient with easy access to food and convenient stores. Walking distance to Suria mall. The room is very basic however the bathroom is quite dirty with mold stains. Housekeeping needs a lot of improvement.

전반적으로 온라인상과 달리 시설(베드,화장실,편의시설 등)이 별로 였음

位置極佳，在市中心，吃的逛的都在附近，房間也夠大，三個人也覺得很大很夠位置，只是廁所比較小一點，牙刷牙膏要自備。

공항 근처 가까운곳에 하루 묵는다몃 저렴한 가격에 괜찮을 듯 합니다.

The lift got only one. The room design look really gloomy. Please put some accessories

주차장이 있다했는데, 체크인할때 물어보니 없음.
공사를하는지 계속 건물이 울림..
화장실 욕실이 분리가 안되어있음.
온수가 잘 안나옴.
왠지 기분이 안좋음..

One thing to highlight is that, the bedsheet and pillow cover is not well clean and has stain on it. The mattress is too soft.

If you're really not that picky and not that tight on budget for a lil extra waste, it would just fit. The location is quite good though but there are plenty better choices around too.

I only stay for a night. It was room 889. Can easily hear sound from outside the room. Kinda noisy. Bathroom shower water was not that strong. Why?? But as long as the bed is comfy is fine.

The environment of the room is terrible bad. Noise from outside can be heard and the toilet is terrible old and not clean enough. We can't stand with the toilet and check out immediately after one night stay. Overall, a renovation need to be done to this hotel.

very convenient, in Gaya Street. You can get food or shopping within walking distance.

Strategic location. Had a pleasant stay.

The best of the hotel is location. Location is within walking distance to Surian shopping mall, Sin Kee Bak Kut Teh, Zen Q, Gaya Market Street and so on.

Hotel lift is tooooo small... only able to fit in 3-4person.. is really like half of normal lift..

overall the price is okay for budget staying for few days trip.

Hotel Room very dark and smelly and bathroom flood

The hotel is within walking distance to various attractions. It is a walking distance to Sabah Tourism Board where one can find information about Sabah ang get brochures. The area is surrounded by malls, restaurants, eateries, groceries and convenience stores. It is also proximate to the bus station. The area is safe even at night as it is in the heart of Kota Kinabalu.
We got a family room which is very spacious. It has a view of the city. The air conditioning unit served its purpose well. There is also water heater in the shower. The complimentary coffee-creamer- sugar combo is surprisingly enjoyable.
I like accommodations which are carpeted so this hotel suits me well.
The staff is friendly and helpful. For a budget conscious traveler this hotel is a must try.

I dont like to stay the unless got parking lot... the lift so very small...

Internet price and actual price are different. Upon check-in price shown on internet including Tax and fee but when check-in, couter said not including tax and fee.End up have to pay tax and fee.

no chair in the room, socket only one very inconvenience for two person stay in hotel, hanger also few
