Pros:

This hotel is ideally located for Tokyo Disney, and also features a complimentary bus from the hotel to both parks in the morning, and back in the evening at a few different times. The room is on the small side as custom in Japan, but comfortable enough with a good shower.

ディズニー帰りに宿泊しました。
遅い時間のチェックインでこちらも疲れていましたが、フロントスタッフの方がとても親切で、スムーズに対応してくださり安心して利用できました。

子供と一緒にゆったり寝たかったためクイーンサイズのベッドのお部屋を予約しましたが、空いているのが喫煙ルームのみでした。スタッフの方が「お子様連れなので…」ととても気にかけてくださり、特別清掃をしてくださったようで、心配していたタバコの匂いもほとんど気にならず快適に過ごせました。

細やかな気遣いが嬉しく、長距離移動の疲れも癒されました。子連れでも安心して利用できるホテルだと思います。また近くに行く際は利用したいです。

Cons:

　こちらのサイトでは「駐車場完備」と記載があり、駐車場が予約制という点が少し分かりづらく感じました。当日は満車で、案内された近隣駐車場まで徒歩10分弱かかったため、特に子連れや荷物が多い方は事前に確認しておくと安心だと思います。

クチコミほど…
Pros:

クチコミほど悪いホテルではありませんでした。今回、ディズニー前泊で利用しました。スタッフの方の対応が丁寧でした。チェックインより早く着いたのですが、部屋を用意してくださいました。

Cons:

泊まった部屋だけなのかお風呂の排水が良くなかった。
