Pros:

ディズニーからのバス乗り場に、結構人が並んでて焦りましたが他のホテルのバスも一緒なので案外乗れます。最終便でもなんとか乗れました。ホテルからディズニーのバスも、このホテル発になるので乗りやすかったです。
自販機も飲み物も食べ物もちゃんとあったり、下に簡易なコンビニ的なのもあったので結構便利です。すぐいけるところに感じがなさそうだったのでこれは良いかと。
彼氏と行きましたが、泊まるだけなら十分過ぎました。

客室も綺麗で全体的に良かったですが、1階の売店コーナーの商品に値札が付いてなかったので、値札が付いてたら良かったです。
また、ディズニーパークへのシャトルバスに定員オーバーで乗れなかったので、シャトルバスを増やして欲しいです。

駅から遠過ぎ。施設もリフォームした様ですが、ドアの隙間とかサビや汚れが目立ってました。エアコンも少しカビ臭い。バスルームもカビだらけになるのも時間の問題かなという感じ。部屋が思ってたより広かったのは良かった。事前に問い合わせしたのに返信が遅くて心配したので総合評価低いです。

快適に過ごせました
Pros:

ディズニーシーからバスの送迎を利用して泊まりました。バスの運転手さんはすごく優しく親切でした。フロントの方も感じ良かったです。

建物はマンションを改装したような感じで部屋に行くまでは吹き抜けでびっくりはしました。
部屋も綺麗で、広さも充分でした。エアコンも冷蔵庫もしっかり冷えて助かりました。
手に持つマッサージ器があり歩き疲れた体にありがたかったです。
隣の部屋からの騒音も一切なく静かでした。
ディズニーに行く時はまた利用したいと思います。

食事は品数も多くゆっくり過ごせて満足できました。
金額も安く利用できたので良かったですが、壁の汚れが酷かったです。あと、駐車場に限りがあるので結構離れた場所止めることになります。（実費）
