One of the worst dirty moldy hotel in room smell was so badly and terrible night couldn’t sleep because of bugs and smell leafy early because worst experience with this hotel never comeback

Konum olarak ahlak dışı yapılan yerlerde hiç bir aileye tavsiye etmiyorum 3 gün rezervasyon yaptık ama 1 saat bile duramadık yataklarda aynı şekilde berbat lavabolar artık sararmış fotoğrafla hiç bir alakası yoktur otelden direkt çıkış yaptık mağdur olmamızla birlikte ücret iadesini alamadık hotels uygulamasını bahane ediyorlar Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum kimse bizimle bu olayla dahil iletişime geçmediler

Berbat ve ötesi asansör yok yukarı çıkıp inmek eziyet aynı fiyata daha fyzek ve uygun yerker var hiç uğraşmayın bile derim çalışanlar uyruklu yada Suriyeli kahvaltısı yok eşyalar temiz değil yastıkta kadın saçı vardı odercee yani bu rezillik verdiğiniz paraya yazık sıfır konfor sıfır temizlik sıfır hizmet çöp

Ketıl yoktu. Odada bir de çocuk yatağı vardı. Genel olarak temiz ve iyi bir durumdaydı .

Shower hose was leaking and also shower head holder's screws were lose so i couldn't shower and when i asked to get it fixed, it was only possible next day afternoon... so i couldn't shower at all after a long trip... so next day they fixed the shower hose but not the holder on the wall so, this time i could use the shower only by holding the shower head with one hand... Staff was friendly... but i needed more than that... but for the price it was ok .. i got what i paid for

Hat kein Aufzug und ist sehr eng an den Treppen, aus dem Grund ist es sehr anstrengend 4 Stockwerke mit Koffer hochzulaufen. Außerdem hat es einen unangenehmen Geruch im Badezimmer, sowie im Treppenhaus.

Schon beim Ankunft hatte ich den Eindruck, dass es insgesamt schlecht ist. Es ist kein Aufzug vorhanden und ich musste mit meinem schwierigen Koffer bis zur 4.Etage steile Treppen steigen. Fenster gingen nicht richtig zu, da die Griffe beschädigt waren. Bei Meldung an der Rezeption hat man mir gesagt, dass jemand am nächsten Tag zur Reparatur vorbeikommen wird - bis zum letzten Tag ist niemand da gewesen. WC Sitz war auch beschädigt und rutschte immer wenn man drauf saß.
Bettlaken hatte sichtbare Flecken, nur durch Meldung wurde der Raum mal betreten um die Bettwäsche zu wechseln. Ich durfte nach meinem Check-out noch meinen Koffer an der Rezeption stehen lassen, damit ich noch den Tag in den Umgebung verbringen kann - nur deshalb den zweiten Stern. Insgesamt sehr schlechter Service, nur zum Übernachten geeignet, angenehmer Aufenthalt ist nicht möglich.
Die Umgebung ist auch eher merkwürdig und man sieht kaum noch türkische Einheimische.

Jag bodde nyligen på hotellet, och överlag var det en bra upplevelse. Med tanke på att det är ett budgethotell med konkurrenskraftiga priser var mina förväntningar inte höga. För mig är ett hotell främst en plats att sova och duscha, och i det avseendet uppfyllde hotellet mina behov. Rummet var rent, och receptionspersonalen var vänliga och tillmötesgående.

När det gäller hållbarhet var jag glad över att se att hotellet har A+++ luftkonditionering och återvinningsstationer tillgängliga. Det är dock värt att notera att hållbarhetsinitiativ till stor del beror på gästernas ansvar.

Det mest betydelsefulla att framhålla är att hotellet erbjuder utmärkt valuta för pengarna. Dess läge är särskilt bekvämt, med affärer, marknader, restauranger och en busshållplats i närheten. Dessutom kände jag mig säker i området, då jag ofta promenerade till Balat och andra områden, även sent på kvällen eller tidigt på morgonen.

Det är viktigt att hantera förväntningarna; hotellet är ett budgetalternativ, och medan det erbjuder alla nödvändiga bekvämligheter kan de som söker lyx och exklusiva boenden behöva leta någon annanstans och vara beredda att betala ett högre pris.

Jag bör också nämna att trots att hotellet har genomgått renoveringar, inklusive nya toaletter, badrum och målning, är själva byggnaden gammal, vilket är typiskt för många strukturer i området.

Sammanfattningsvis var jag nöjd med min vistelse, Jag hoppas att denna feedback ger användbara insikter för framtida gäster.

The stuff a very friendly. I don’t know why they put New fatin HOTEL by the building was very old very noisy. Area outside are dirty

Vi havde bestilt en syv dages ophold på hotellet. Da vi ankommer til hotellet bliver vi overrasket over tilstanden. Den er virkelig dårlig, og værelset vi har bestilt er i kælderen.

Personal sehr freundlich

When we arrived, they refused to give us a room Evan though we booked as they gave the room to somebody else and we had no choice but to find a new hotel. Would not recommend this to anybody visiting Istanbul online.

Zimmer wurde in den Aufenthalt von mir nie geputzt, müll müsste ich selber entsorgen aufjedenfall empfehle ich jeden davon ab

When we arrived we were told our room was the basic room and that if we wanted to upgrade we could for an addition cost. I asked to view both rooms, we were then told we couldnt view the room we booked because there was someone else in it. So our room was given away and we were also expected to pay to change rooms, because it suited them. We were then told that we could stay in the upgraded room for free for the 1st night but would then have to change the next day. The upgraded room was no upgrade the room was tiny and you could hear everything from the people outside to the people in other rooms and also people coming up the stairs. Over all the hotel and area was a let down and we cut our 3 night stay down to 1 night and only stayed the 1st night because it was late by the time we got to the hotel

The positive point was JUST reception guy. But the negatives were as below:
1- I booked family room but they'd already gave it to someone else!!! I had to stay for two nights in a single room!
2- The room which was given to me had a very bad condition. Even the bathroom didn't have electricity! You have to open the door & ... (LOL)
3- The hotel location is somewhere which no TAXI will come to pick you up.
4- The worst thing was SMOKING surrounded me and the rooms weren't isolated to prevent you from that.

5- I know that the less price means less facilities but smoking, electricity and property conditions depend on good manner of business.

Overall, just give ONE star for guys who were really kind and polite. Thank them BUT it doesn't mean to give STARS more than ONE.

Watch out for parking. When I booked it says parking included but guess what?! It wasn’t. I have to look around with 2 little tiered kids… not fair… pay 160tl for overnight parking… I don’t like false advertising!!!
