Yasmin Resort & Conference Hotel

No hot water. The shower when I turn on the water comes out dirty and smells. The shower broken. Toilet dirty. Not the same as on the pictures. Bed dirty. The phone not working.

Ini pertama kali saya menginap di Hotel Yasmin, saya tahu hotel ini dari saudara saya, ada beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan demi kenyamanan pelanggan di hotel ini.Pertama kondisi kamar (pintu kamar mandi dalam kondisi rusak jadi agak susah untuk ditutup), kedua respons dari staff (saya sangat sulit untuk menghubungi staff hotel bila ingin atau perlu sesuatu, saya harus keluar kamar dahulu untuk mencari staff hotel). ketiga perlu juga diinformasikan kepada pelanggan bahwa dikamar dengan type tertentu saja yang ada AC nya, sehingga tamu mengetahui kondisi kamar seperti apa sebelum mereka memutuskan untuk menginap. untuk kualitas layanan standart lahh. lokasi hotel juga cukup bagus.

Esperamos mucho más de este hospedaje por la calificación y las fotos. Las condiciones de las habitaciones y en general los accesos necesitan una remodelación profunda.
Si bien las habitaciones son amplias, sus baños antiguos y con mal olor, la ropa de cama y decoración en malas condiciones y los pasillos con una alfombra deteriorada y fuerte olor a cigarrillo.

Coincidió que el día que llegamos fue antes de la hora de check in y hubo una peregrinación que atravesaba por las instalaciones del hotel, por lo que parecía un paque y piscina públicos, nos desanimó totalmente quedarnos en este lugar, no obstante que ya estaba hecho el cargo y no era reembolsable, deberían revisar su política porque para nada nos pareció que califica para 4 estrellas.

Finalmente fuimos a conocer los alrededores y espacios cercanos que es lo que nos interesaba, por lo que solamente estuvimos una noche en este hospedaje.

Overall it was nice stay. The hotel was built in the 1990s and it was big hit at that time as it was very close to presidential palace of Cipanas. You still can see it from the huge area of the hotel complex, the detail architecture, even the furniture style. However, the downside maybe is that it needs refurbishment. I strongly suggest you pick your own room prior to the booking or check in. I have my favourite room already. :-)
Oh yeah, if you will stay with larger group of people you can also choose the villas which are still inside the hotel complex. You will get the same facilities with the hotel one (swimming pools, tennis, breakfast, etc).
The breakfast is nice and variative. The taste are normal but they smartly create a corner with kids buffet that will attract your kids to pick their own food. Nice thought.

Friendly receptionist staff for check in/out. Family oriented hotel. Great big pool for kids. The only downside is its location is a little far away from the main road.
