Pros:

The staff were very helpful, especially the young ladies on reception. Intan and Dini. The food was excellent..and room service was great.

an average stay in an average location
Pros:

it was nice breakfast, typical Indonesian cuisine. But very chilly. The location is not great but if you use grab than it is ok. Staff friendly. In the morning a bit noisy. So it is better to wake up earlier. wifi - ok.

Cons:

can not say what I did not like, because the price I think is ok, Probably the noise in the morning. No channels on tv - but I did not watch anything.

Unsatisfied with the room
Pros:

Location was very close to shopping center

Cons:

The room was very dirty, the bed Linen have stain and thers is hair on the bed, their towel smells bad too.Probably they didn’t change the bed cover from the previous check-out customers and the toilet was very dirty as well, the AC was leaked. With the price that i pay was really not worth it.
