The fire alarm nightmare!!
Pros:

The apartment and facilities and location are on point! The staff where rude and a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and the whole building had to evacuate at 3am down 20 flights of stairs and stand on the road for two hours absolute nightmare apparently it happens all the time according to local residents wish I could get my money back never the less

Quiet, comfortable, great service. Will come again if need too.
Pros:

Stay the night for a medical appointment the following day. They allowed me to return to the room for a little longer to rest, before having to drive the 3hr trip home. Thank you.

Cons:

I’m a cleaner and I found the sink in the bathroom needed a little more attention. Red build-up around the sink. Just needs an old toothbrush to give it a good scrub.
Also wasn’t really enough room to open my suitcase, so it was on the bed or floor. Not ideal as I have major back issues.

Unexpectedly lovely experience
Pros:

Room had every thing one needed for a one night stay. Staff great, surprise complimentary drink, bed comfortable and warm.

Cons:

No open window but I get that the place would be very dusty!

Fabulous
Pros:

Parking was great loads of spaces, reception we was met by a lovely informative man, room was clean and the bed was so comfy had an amazing sleep. Shower was fantastic rainfall and you could get it very hot. Lovely stay and perfect for the hotel.

Beds need coasters on the wheels to stop it moving and maybe if there is 2 people staying leave to of the midnight munches packs.

Excellent.
Pros:

Everything was exceptionally clean. I couldn't find a single speck of dust, even after checking high and low. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and i had one of the best nights' sleep I've had in a long time. The shower and bathroom facilities were excellent, and every aspect of the room exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. A well-deserved 10 out of 10. the value was very excellent 👍

Cons:

The only disappointing part of my stay was the food. I ordered the lamb fry, and unfortunately it was overcooked and tasted burnt. It lacked flavour, which was disappointing as I was looking forward to it. Aside from that meal, everything else about my stay was excellent the room service staff are lovely.
