Parking was convenient and easy.
The room was not very clean. There was no lift, and during afternoon check-in there was no staff at the front desk, so the waiting time was quite long. The blanket was not clean, the bed was too soft, and the hairdryer had to be collected from downstairs, which was inconvenient
the bathroom was very good, shower was spacious and newly renovated, the beds were very comfy, good parking and easy to get to and from the city, the restaurant downstairs was good.
there were no windows and no natural ventilation to the room, we asked to move rooms and the other room had a white glass window but did not open so no natural ventilation. rooms were small so not much room to move around and the hanging luggage space was too small for 2 people sharing the room, perfect for a one night stay if you have no luggage and don't mind a lack of fresh air.
Quiet rooms, comfortable beds and the best food especially your peppercorn sauce, the staff were exceptional
Staff was super friendly and attentive. Facilities were good.
Size of the room was small.
It was clean. The staff provided all the information needed to check in on a public holiday.
The windows were frosted over and sealed shut. What happens if there was an emergency?
The room was very compact but very clean and the most comfortable bed I’ve had.
No elevator to upper floor, only stairs. Staff offered to assist with luggage though.
Room was perfect, comfortable and clean.
The restaurant was great
Shower pressure was too weak.
All rooms on the upper floor and there isn’t a lift.
You are at least 30 min bus drive from city center.
Close to airport. Very helpful staff. Good food in restaurant.
Everything was great! But the shower pressure
Shower pressure
Far away from city center
Be aware no lift and all rooms on the first floor
The room is modern and comfortable
Easy to check in, great staff and close to airport. Restaurant and bar onsite.
The room was great, decent sound proofing, comfy beds.
The staff were absent, I sat in the foyer for an hour, I rang their phone 4 times before somebody picked up and sent someone to the front to check me in. Staff were walking around, I didnt know they were staff, but no one stopped to see if we needed help with anything. Even the guy that finally checked me in just said "I wondered why you were in here so long" I said, not to be rude, you didnt want to check? He responded "People sit in here all the time, it's normal at a hotel" maybe.. but not when it's a 5x2m foyer and I've been in here for an hour. Maybe it was just 1 bad experience, but it has put this place as a hard last resort for me.
