Pros:

Clean, comfortable room. Close to bus stop to get to Parklands train terminal. Theresa at reception was fantastic. Very helpful with info so we could navigate our way around.

it was ok when we got to our room beds comfy bathroom clean all ok
Pros:

we liked the Dinner menu meal was excellent

Cons:

Stairs we asked for ground floor room and got 30+ stairs we are 70+ with bad knees ...I also have COPD

Couple of small hiccups but other wise good.
Pros:

Friendly staff and good meals

Cons:

The bath mate wasn't replaced, and I know the room is small but there was no chair to sit on as not everyone can lounge on the bed to watch TV.

A great stay with friendly genuine staff
Pros:

The kind genuine receptionist was the beginning, the bistro staff were friendly, hygienic and professional, the meal was delicious with refreshing drinks. The room is small yet fine, good size TV to relax with, the neighbours were quiet, awesome. A very genuine, caring business, just like it's meant to be. Thanks for a comfy overnight stay, everything was close to get to.

Cons:

I did not appreciate how the cleaner kept interrupting the kind welcoming by the lovely receptionist. This cleaner was the only staff to not care about others or have a kind professional outlook. I have done cleaning work along Great Ocean Road for years and respect is given to be returned. It was the only let down of this friendly business. Not once did this woman cleaner apologize for her consistent rude interruptions, just because she didn't want to get wet with the rain after finishing work..

absolutely fantastic
Pros:

the receptionist was very welcoming, she helped me carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs.

Cons:

The kitchen closed early at 8:30pm hence i missed dinner

It is not far from the airport. Bed was comfortable.

The fire alarm nightmare!!
Pros:

The apartment and facilities and location are on point! The staff where rude and a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and the whole building had to evacuate at 3am down 20 flights of stairs and stand on the road for two hours absolute nightmare apparently it happens all the time according to local residents wish I could get my money back never the less
