Great stay, altho airport shuttle failed to collect us

Excellent included breakfast. Great location. Nice property with very helpful staff.

Property was clean

Very nice hotel, centrally located, close to many of the most interesting places to visit. The Blue Mosque is a less than 10 minutes walk away and from there you can easily reach the Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sofía, the Grand Bazar or the Topkapi Palace.
The room is a tad small but I was by myself so no problem there.
I wouldn't give them five stars just because it lacks an elevator so it's not accessible for everyone.
Other than that I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend the Alilass Hotel.

Very nice hotel in a great location and amazing breakfast!
Staff are very attentive and caring.

Wonderful stay at this small hotel. Rooms were clean, and as photographed. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of options that rotated on different days. Staff were really friendly. Area was not super noisy despite being in a busy tourist area. Close to tram links and Blue Mosque/Hagia Sofia. We had accidentally left personal items in the lobby twice and hotel staff kept and returned them to us safely and promptly when coming back to the hotel. Air conditioning is a god send and delightful to come back to after a hot day. Good room amenities (kettle, bar fridge), hairdryer was good.

My stay was lovely! Hotel is in a great and accessible location, a 5 minute walk from the mosque and bazaar!!!! Dennis and the other lovely lady were very friendly. Bella the cat was so cute and loved pets!
I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Great experience with hotel Alinass, from the nice clean room (with balcony as we requested to have if possible) to the nice breakfast to the great kindness and services of the workers :)

The staff were very helpful and caring nothing was too much. I have been in this hotel twice already and would definitely go again.

The property is well positiones within main attractions at walking distance like the blue mosque, also a variety of restaurants and shops nearby.

The property is relly nice and the breakfast was really good and turkish style. Staff were attentive.

The room was a bit on the smaller side as the building itself is old but fully renovated. It has all good amenities like AC, fridge, tea and cofees as well as bottle water refreshment everyday. The only downside was the shower door which opened inwards and as I am a bit muscular i could not fit and close the door due to limited space on the swing without fully squeezing.

Lovely place. The restaurants around the area are expensive but then it’s a very upmarket place. Nice view from the rooftop terrace where you can have takeaway. Lovely breakfast.

The hotel is very nice and well-situated within walking distance of the major attractions. Lots of good restaurants around too! The staff was super-nice and accommodating to me. They stored my bag before and after check-in, helped find a taxi, and even provided a vase for my birthday bouquet. When they found out it was my birthday, they gave me cologne. There’s also an adorable hotel cat named Bella. I highly recommend this hotel.

Only 2 English channels, both news. No elevator.

Breakfast is very good, no elevator. Walking on the stairs needs to be very careful, not for old person, good for young person.

Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Istanbul. The staff was helpful, amenities we great, breakfast was delicious.

Very convenient for main sites . Lots of restaurants nearby . Staff very helpful . Breakfast in garden very pleasant . Rooms small but modern and perfectly adequate .
