A réfléchir pour une prochaine fois, il y a des choses à améliorer.
Pros:

Bien situé et juste ce qu il faut dans un hôtel.

Cons:

Le réceptionniste était très souriant, accueillant mais n’ayant pas d’espèces sur moi. Il est devenu tout à coup moins agréable. Dommage que l’accueil dépende du pourboire.
Puis la femme de ménage est venue le matin dans la chambre alors que je me préparais.

Good structure and clean
Pros:

they upgraded my room to a bigger one on the last floor, so it was great the room and the view of the city. The holte has great structure, and it's clean, what is very important to me.

Cons:

the hotel is not near to any touristic point, but if you are the kind of person that leaves the hotel in the morning and only return by the end of the day, it's not a problem, not far from the hotel you have access to public transportation

Excellent stay
Pros:

The stay was very good. Location of the hotel is excellent. Easy to access public transport. The room was cleaned every day.
Mr Yusuf at the reception is very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, the room was in very poor condition, and I honestly did not expect this level of quality from a five-star hotel. The overall experience was very disappointing and fell far below my expectations. The condition of the room, cleanliness, and maintenance were not up to the standard I would expect from a hotel of this category. I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay and believe the hotel management should seriously review the quality of its rooms and services.

Le très bon service du personnel particulièrement M Mahmud. Pour nous Makel c'est Mahmud!

L'accueil et le service surtout de M. Mahmoud, très serviable et professionnel. La suite était très bonne. On a le confort et l'hygiène.

Cons:

L'insonorisation laisse à désirer, surtout le soir quand vous avez des jeunes dans la chambre voisine qui rigolent à haute voix. Un autre petit détail : l 'absence du savon et shampoing dans les douches du sauna.
