A pleasant and comfortable stay with a great location, friendly staff, and a very good breakfast.
Pros:

I liked the hotel overall. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also excellent, with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, including Espresso Lab, Starbucks, McDonald's, and several other convenient places within walking distance.

Cons:

The staff were polite and helpful; however, it would be nice to have assistance with luggage. I arrived late at night with two carry-on bags and had to carry them to my room myself. Having someone available to help with bags would make the arrival experience more comfortable.

Pros:

I like ow friendly are the staff.in the reception was Sibel,she make upgreat for our room with a plate of fruit in a very smily face.great hotel great staff

Cons:

I hope that in the suite to have 2 bed and the spa expensive.she make 20% discount but still expensive so we didnt try it

تعامل طاقم الإستقبال خاصه الأخ سراج و الأخ الذي شحن شنطنا مع التاكسي و عاملة النظافه و طاقم المطعم و كان كل شي مرتب و تمام و إن شاء الله سأكرر السكن في هذا الفندق و قريب من متروا اسطنبول ..

Nice stay in a nice hotel
Pros:

The hotel is so excellent in everything: Excellent Staff, furniture,location ( 300 m Bus and Metro) ,comfortable beds and towels .
Breakfast was good and variable.Rooms were large and good view. Few meters Supermarket and lot of cafes and restaurants branded and non branded . Free parking .

Cons:

Wi Fi was sometimes had errors and reception corrected it more than one time . Bathroom has no air absorption fan ( or at least I did not found it ).
Something may be irrelevant and I think the hotel has no role that : Some guests ( patients) are going at corridors by their bloody surgical drains which is not allowed at hotels ( only hospitals) as I am a doctor this matter need some authority.

Good location and swimming pool, Disappointing Breakfast and Room ! NO good for romantic visit!

Cons:

Breakfast, for a 5 STAR RATED hotel I was expecting a lot more in breakfast, for example there was no Chief or Cook to ask if we would like Fired Egg sunny side on top, No fried egg or fries or hush brown in Manu for breakfast, very little option in pastry section, Pure Honey tray always empty.
according to reception my Room was upgraded to superior Room, its supposed to be better and sound proof, but literally you could hear anything in next room. I was on the phone about 12:30 midnight, my next door came knocked in my door to reduce the sound. the room walls are too tin and very disappointing.
