Handy overnight gem
Pros:

Fantastic hotel location to monash hospital and plenty of shops within both walking and driving distance.
Easy check in process.
Friendly staff.
Bistro on site for dinner meals.
Convient off street parking outside your room with security cameras for saftey.
Clean tidy room.
Great shower pressure.

Cons:

The noise at night, expected some noise due to the location of being just off the main road but not as much as we encountered. Would benefit from some soundproofing at the front of the rooms.
There was drafty gaps on the door frame too which didn't help the noise situation.
I also didn't like that there was no security chain on the inside of the door to put on at night, but that's more personal preference for saftey.

Good value for money, good location, great staff
Pros:

Location, spacious room, good value, adjoining restaurant with kids play area

Cons:

A bit noisey with pub patrons one of the evenings followed by a 4:30am wake up by the garbage truck
