I would stay again!
Pros:

The location is close to medical centers and has a bistro attached to the front of the motel, so for convenience its amazing when you dont know your way around the big city!
Clean rooms, staff are amazingly friendly and welcoming and the meals are really nice!

Cons:

Only downfall was if you book with booking.com because its a third party, you aren't informed that there is a $100 bond required on the spot when checking in so you're left rattled to come up with money you were not aware of on the spot.

Won’t be staying here again.
Pros:

The room was neat and tidy and clean.
Had access to Netflix and Wi-Fi.
There is a kettle in the room.
There was one carpark per room, so you didn’t have to worry about getting to/from your car.
The staff were polite and friendly.
It is located fairly close to restaurants etc.

Cons:

Being told AFTER I paid, that they hold a “Uni Night” every Wednesday night from 9pm to 1am, was not good enough! Something like this should be informed BEFORE one pays and can’t get their money back.
Having to pay a $100 damage bond (in addition to the cost of the room), upon arrival, that ONLY gets refunded after they inspect the room, after you leave. And then takes 3-10 Business Days to be refunded. It’s just not good enough! Anything could happen to the room after you leave and before they inspect it.
The beds were way too soft.
The a/c fan made a noise no matter what level it was on.
There is no toaster or microwave.
The shower was very dark due to insufficient lighting and dark tiles. Made it difficult to shower safely at night.

Lovely stay and the room was so comfortable. All the staff super lovely and helpful here
Pros:

Easy to get to. Parking easy and right outside. Great bistro and pokies area

Just a bit noisy at night with the main road right there and lots of trucks going past
