Enjoyed my stay. Staff were responsive and helpful.Room was clean, comfortable bed.

The room i stayed stinks of cigratte smell , the aircon needs some serious service , the towels were not clean . Good location , one of worst breakfast combo . The room i stayed was 202.

국내 모텔방 같은 느낌. 그냥 그저 그랬다

생각보다 방이 조금 작았어요. 하지만 시내에 있어서 쇼핑이나 거리를 돌아다니며 쉬기엔 참 좋았습니다.
와이파이도 빵빵하고 1층에 하이랜드 커피숍이 있어서 참 좋아요. 커피도 맛있고요. 조식도 가볍고 하이랜드 모닝커피 너무 좋아요.

주방시설이 없음, 간단한 포트기도 없는데 찻잔은 왜 있는지?
침대에 작은 개미가 돌아다님
개인 의류 세탁을 별도로 요청해야 하는듯함 > 호텔 수건만 걷어가고 따로 세탁하지 않아서 손빨래함

立地はリバーサイドに比べると地元色が濃いかな。一階がハイランズコーヒー、周りにもカフェがたくさんあります。我が家のように呑んで食べてタイプの方が好むお店はないかも。朝食はハイランズコーヒー隣の小さな麵屋「TyTy」で食べます。宿泊客の朝食用の小さなメニューがあり、「ALL OK!!」といいながら見せてくれますが、いざ注文をすると「今日はできない」の返答率高し。ここで食べたミークワンはとても美味しかったです。
今回利用のスーペリアルームは白を基調とした狭いながらも、ソファーがあったりと可愛い部屋でした。女の子が好きそうな感じのお部屋です。シャワーは、水量湯量共にまぁまぁ。シャワーはレインフォール･ハンドタイプと切り替えで使えます。シャワーの水、泡水などが洗面所に流れ出るため、洗面所がビショビショになります。トイレは四方を摺りガラスで囲まれてます。摺りガラスと言えど、中の人の行動は見えます。しかもトイレのドアが摺りガラスの引き戸です。勢いよく閉めるのを防止する為、ドアにはストッパーが付いてます。そのストッパーのせいでトイレのドアは使用中も10cmくらい常に開いた状態です。トイレの中から部屋のテレビが見れるくらいです。音も丸聞こえです。初々しいカップルや、友達同士にはキツイかな。
ホテルのランドリーを利用しました。17枚ほど出しましたがとても安く、午前中に出して16時の仕上がりといいつつ、14時過ぎには戻ってきました。念の為ランドリーに出すものを写メしておきました。帰ってきたものと見比べると、Gパン、ハンドタオルが戻ってきてませんでした。他の宿泊者のランドリーとして返却をされていた為、写真を見せて返却をしてもらいました。
部屋の明かりは暗いです。もう少し明るくしてもらいたいくらい。
夜遅くなると、ドアを閉める音が廊下にかなり響き、人によってはビックリして目が覚めてしまうかも。
ホテルのWiFiがありますが、階毎に番号が違います。今回は5階に宿泊をしていた為、5階のWiFiを利用していましたが、ある日突然私だけ繋がらなくなりました。なぜか他の階のWiFiが繋がってました。
ホテルのレセプションは、一階ハイランズコーヒーのカウンターの奥に小さくあります。日本語はできません。英語はまぁまぁですが、話せる人でも訛りがある為聞き取り辛いです。
チェックアウトをして空港へ行く為にタクシーを拾おうと考えてると、フロントのお姉さんが言わずともタクシーを電話で呼んでくれました。今思うと、APECで街中渋滞していたので、自力ではなかなかタクシーが拾えなかったかも。
リバービューに拘らない旅の時はまた利用するかな。
本来ならホイアンで宿泊をする予定が、洪水の為泊まれなくなり当日に予約をしたホテルでしたが、それなりに快適に過ごすことができました。

Showering above the toilet is always gross and this bathroom shower room was particularly small really can't hide anything from ur room mate

We stayed on the 2nd floor and the staff was not prepared when we check in the hotel. Last minute of changing the pillow. Pillow was changed but it stinks. Water leaking at the sink area. We didn't expect the hotel to be in this manner.

it is a nice hotel with good location

Average hotel offering basic services, i.e. a clean room with a comfortable bed with very few amenities. On the plus side: good wifi, centrally located, friendly staff.

The staff speak no English (maybe a few words). The hotel entrance is situated around the corner of the road they state it is situated on and hidden by a massive coffee house which is busy from early morning until late at night.
The breakfast is a disgrace (they can't even get a cup of tea with milk unless you buy it from the coffee house next door).
If you're not an early riser then stay somewhere else because every morning from 6o'clock until late, the car horns & scooter horns beep all day long because the hotel is on a very busy junction.
The hotel could NOT even give me a map of Da Nang or give me any information about trips or where to go.

It was great to stay and close to the center of the city. Only few minutes can take you to food and entertainment places.

Excellent condition, centrally located but my goood the rooms are noisy. The cleaners woke us up at 7.30 and kept it going for a couple of hours. Impossible to sleep.

It was hard to find because the hotel name was not clear, it is situated next to a cafe so it was hidden. The room is nice but the bathroom was very small, and the sink and shower didn't drain very well.; the toilet and shower were in the same space and the shower flooded the toilet area as well. The staff was very helpful and took our order for breakfast for the next morning and even packed it into a to-go box when we had to leave earlier than expected (the food was very good) overall I would recommend the hotel for cheap and relatively nice experience

The hotel is very good location,its located with Han river,alot of local shop can just easy to walk around. Staff was very nice even offer us to borrow her bike to go around without to pay anything because we couldnt rent the bike.
The room is always clean,and comfy,nice and safe city. I would like to come back again.

Good location, very friendly staff. Clean. Not for families, bathtube is elagant but not functional safe. New hotel, but Still had some unfinished fixtures . Elevator is corky and not user friendly. Nice Highlander caffe downstairs. Breakfast choice is limited. Staff at Highlander went out of its way to buy us food when out.
